Quick and clean installation. Worked great for 12 months then stopped. After online assessment, it was decided to replace the batteries and inverter. Again, all done in a few hours. Installer was very friendly and everything working perfectly since.

I can't say that it was a good experience with nrg. They installed the panels and battery, that bit was fine, good quality products however they stained the first floor carpet even after plastic shoe covers were offered to them. When the install was completed the system wouldn't work and it was only producing 300w for a 6.4kw system on a sunny April day. The electrician from nrg was going to leave only for my persistence that this needs to be sorted before he leaves. I emailed nrg about my experience but didn't get any response or acknowledgement. Products are good but very poor customer service

Our overall experience with NRG was fabulous. The initial consultation was with Keith. He was knowledgeable, informative and customer focused. The site visit was an equally pleasant experience without any sales pressure. The visit from the engineer was also informative and pleasant. The installation team were courteous, efficient and very tidy. The work was carried out in 4 hours. We were consulted on all aspects of the installation. The Administration team were equally courteous, professional and efficient. They were helpful from the outset and they took care of all grant applications. We are delighted with our solar panels and also that our BER is now A1. We have no hesitation in recommending NRG Panel for any solar requirements.

They keep appointments on time, aren't pushy salespeople, listen to any concerns you may have, seem to want to give you the right product for your situation and their installation people are a pleasure to have in the house. The firm organised everything for me, including the BER survey and grant application. I certainly would recommend NRG to anyone thinking of having solar paneling installed.

The chaps were so helpful and professional. They explained every stage of the installation. They were super tidy and left the place in perfect order. The ladies in the office are nothing but helpful. I can't recommend this company enough. Thanks NRG

The process ran smoothly from start to finish. The roofers were done with the external work in 2 hours and whilst the electricians were there for the rest of the day, they managed to install the service with minimum impact on the interior of the house. All the guys involved were very pleasant and extremely professional.

Process was simple, installers were on time and very efficient and system is working perfectly since. My only complaint is while the system has a capacity of 7.74kWp Electric Ireland limits me to 5.53kWp. Anything you can do about that.Panels

NRG has excellent customer service. They will help you to easily solve issues over the phone or if needed. Send an engineer. The installation team arrived promptly on the date arranged and despite the difficult terrain installed my ground mounted panel array efficiently and professionally . I am happy to recommend them.

we had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service is outstanding, and the heat pump was installed on the given dates no mess or trace left behind from NRG. They went above and beyond to help us understand the system and they have excellent aftersales service.

I got my panels four years ago. The survey of my roof was precise, reason position explained. The date was set and the crew on time, the job was completed shortly after lunch. Clean, no fuss, a pleasant group of workers. Clear instructions about set up, after sale service.

From the first meeting to the last everything went great. I have NRG solar for over 2 years now and have had no problems. I had a technical question and have to say the call I made to the support team had my question sorted in 2 minutes. A very good experience: my only suggestion is that, as the process inevitably involves several stages, it would be good for the customer to have a particular point of contact throughout to which arrangements can be made/ queries addressed etc..

There's a number of companies providing solar installation in Ireland. Almost too many so a recommendation is of good value. My neighbour had NRGPanel do their installation a year before me, having seen the installation and chatting to my neighbour (and shopped around myself), I found NRP Panel one of the easiest and most straightforward to work with. From the sales pitch and inspection, our expectations were managed and we were guided though what we are to expect. We talked through what was recommended and what suited our lifestyle. The conversation was very grounded in return on investment and cost. At no stage did I feel forced to buy something that we didn't need! The installation was hard (more down to the design of my house) but the team were professional, clean and thoughtful on how to get the job done. No complaints at all! Happy with the decision and never looked back once!
