I had one very specific question for the sales team around the number of panels that could be installed. I was assured of a certain number. I asked a very explicit question as to whether this could be guaranteed and if a site survey was needed. I was assured I woukd get the number as per the sales team and there was no need for the full survey at that point. I signed the contract on that basis. When it came to it the site survey revealed that a reduced number of panels could be installed. Shortcuts in the sales process...and will say anything yo get you to sign.

i showed your guys on another neighbours property where i wanted the earth to be put at the kitchen so mostly hidden but they went ahead and put it at the living room window looks terrible

NRG made the whole process, from the first point of contact to the actual installation very easy and efficient. They were punctual, tidy, polite and friendly when working in and around the property. The initial meeting was via zoom - every question we had was answered clearly and knowledgeably. We then had a site visit where we got to ask any other questions - Paudie was so helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending NRG if you are considering solar pv.

I had a 6KV Solar PV system installed by NRG on May 7th 2024. After my initial contact with the company they were very prompt and professional in responding to me. I got great assistance and guidance from them as I explored what would best suit our current and potential future needs without any hard selling. I would say the experience of dealing with them was top class, from the office staff, engineer who did my site survey to the five person team that did my installation which was completed in an afternoon. The quality of the people I met I found exceptional and I can highly recommend NRG as a quality company in every way you would want to see.

Back in late 2023 we decided to change our heating from solid fuel to a Heat pump and to install solar pv panels as there was significant SEAI grants for both, NRG Panel could do both installations so we decided to go with them. The Solar PV panels were fitted the end of January 2024 and the Daikin Heat pump 8 days later. The 10 solar were fitted and working in about 4 hours and the Heat pump plus radiators fitted and working in two days,we were very happy with both teams for their work tidiness and friendliness. It's early days yet but we are very happy with both systems.

NRG Panel did all the paperwork. We did not have to apply for the grant, as they did it. They were extremely efficient and answered all queries satisfactorily. Also, their price was the best value.

We had a very pleasant experience dealing with NRG when installing a heat pump and upgrading our solar panels. The sales advisor provided us with ample information and answered all the questions. NRG did a full assessment and designed the system to our needs and specification. The installation teams were very professional and efficient. Everything was done on time with minimum disruption. We would highly recommend NRG to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional supplier of such systems.

Stress free installation, the day of installation was done very professionally and fast.

Basically everything. The price was fair, they appeared exactly when they said they would, the completed the installation in under 6 hours, and located the kit exactly where we required it. It has worked flawlessly since. Just one point ...Our install was in September 2021 not as the date shown below. ..In other words during a COVID period and the installers did use masks when indoors

Very helpful in answering all questions to assist in making a decision to proceed. everything explained about benefits and siting of equipment. very efficient in keeping me informed at each stage of the project. Installation was carried out ahead of schedule and was completed very efficiently and professionally. minimum disruption on the the day, very tidy workers and only took 1 day.

NRG installed both Air to Heat pumps and Solar PV panels to our house. They were a professional company, came when they told us, seamless tidy installation to our house, the layout was well planned in advance and no extras. With a follow up annual service and quick response if needed. Highly recommended. Tom Carr, Kilbeggan.

From our first call with Seán, we felt we were in good hands. The engineer arrived and explained the installation procedure clearly. Work team arrived on time and had the job finished and cleaned up by midday. We are delighted with the results. We never thought that "Eddi" would become our best friend.

NRG explained the process and answered all my questions on a video meeting. The team that did the pre-installation planning also explained how it would be done. The installation itself was done in one day without a hitch and the BER was done a few days later. Very satisfied.

Our experience with NRG was brilliant, even the electricion came back 2-3 day's later to check everything was working OK. The engineer came firstly and done all his checks, (different day)then the panel's where put up in no time and then the electrical work started and all in all took less than half a day. Thought so far the work was very well done and the fellas that done the work was very well mannered and respectful of you and your house all the time.

Honest and reputable Very thorough when signing up, they wouldn’t do the consult until both of us were free Once we booked the installation was flawless, they answered all our questions, thoroughly went through the equipment Anytime we had an issue their engineer arrived and sorted the problem and if it was something we could correct showed us how to do it We live in the middle of Wicklow and these guys come from Monaghan anytime there is an issue. We have the solar panels 4 years now. If we were upgrading or adding ones I would definitely go back to these guys

Very straight forward to deal with. All information agreed with my research. The pathway advised to getting the job done was followed. The folks that came to do the installation were friendly, courteous, professional, and the work was so neat and tidy, that you knew that these people had pride in what they were doing. Questions were answered in a most professional and respectful manner, when in hindsight, some of mine were straight stupid. I have already recommended NRG to others, based on the above, and will do again.

Absolutely fantastic job from ,initially making call to dealing with Kieran .No pushy sales just facts . Installation was brilliant great team of guys in and out 18 panels finished in about 5 hours no dirt or fuss .i will be getting a heat pump install from them later in the year .

I had a very positive experience in all dealings with NRG. From first contact to after sales service the company was professional in every way. Everything was explained patiently and the company was very efficient in all my dealings with it. They came to my house at the time they said and they left the house in a very tidy state. The system is working very well and the grant application was well handled and it came through very quickly. I contacted them for some after sales advice and they showed extreme patience towards me to ensure that I was happy with everything. The after sales "problem" was totally my fault but NRG still talked me through everything so clearly. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for your needs.
