All the people involved were excellent, the sales person, the surveyor, the admin, and the installation team. The installation was very quick and there was very little disruption. They were all helpful and left the place clean. The customer experience could be improved if people involved were working more as a team, it seemed at times that one didn't know what had been discussed with others.

The people at NRG were very helpful and cooperative and always able to answer any questions we had on the phone 📱 when we initially rang about installing solar panels or put us in touch with an installer if they couldn't. Follow up service was excellent also. Made appoint for survey and arrived on time. Optimum location of panels agreed on and price agreed. Date agreed and incredibly rang and asked if could come day earlier!!! Work carried out promptly and up and running. Very pleased with panels. Lots of hot water and bills have come down. Gave useful tips about using washing machine and tumble dryer, so that we were using them for free!!!

Overall NRG were very good to deal with. They came when they said they would. The installation took more than one day because there was a hurricane blowing on the first day and they had to abandon due to the danger of handling the panels. Came back the second day and finished everything. Tradesmen were excellent and even repaired a few slates for me on the roof that had been broken for ages. Everything working perfectly since installation.

Fast quote best price. NRG did everything regarding grant and other applications. Got a cancellation so they installed the panels a few weeks after deposit was paid. All work was done in a half a day. Overall very satisfied.

The installation of the panels was swift without any problems. These panels have saved us a lot of money with our bills being within our means. As regards advise this was clear and given in layman's English, all queries clear. Our panels were installed two years ago and so far no problems.

During the sunny summer months before the NRG pannels were installed I would have had to use my gas central heating to heat the water. Now I have boiling hot water all summer long and on sunshine days as well thereby saving me up to € 500 from May to Late Sept which is huge when on a pension. Highly recommend getting the company and the pannels installed

Good assistance and courtesy from CS and Tech staff. Instalation was carried out efficiently and in a timely manner. While I had no difficulty getting the Myenergi App up and running ( key window for system performance ) more assistance here maybe needed. Overall good experience.

I got my panels installed almost four years ago, just before Covid lockdown. The install date was agreed with NRG. The crew arrived at 8.30am approx, got to work immediately, and job was complete before 1.00pm. All work was neat and tidy. How the system works was explained to me before they left. They took care of the grant application and BER. The system will be 4 years installed in January 2024 and I had no issues. Any queries I had concerning the system were handled efficently by friendly office staff. I have continuous hot water in the tap all year and reduced electric bills. Very happy overall with the system. Could do with some more sunshine and less cloud.

Fantastic service from NRG got solar panels fitted and they came and went same day up an running so friendly and tidy. Wasnt satisfied to where I said to put Eddi Hot water diverter so NRG came back and no problem relocating it to the landing. Very happy to have hot water every day free! Before would've been using immersion costing a fortune. Great Solis app to see benefits of cost saving energy will be interesting to see Bill's coming down and of course for the summer cant wait! Brilliant that they're in conjunction with Electric Ireland and SEAI between paperwork everything was so easy. Don't hesitate it is so worth it thanks again NRG!

I've had NRG panels for 18 months now and been fantastic. 100% satisfied. From the first phone call to the final installation dealt with nothing but efficient and friendly people. And the final installation the team were in and out within a morning. After sales also great when I had a few questions early on, they were always ready to help. Recommended.

NRG are top notch for installation,very reliable if you have a problem or question they get back to you ASAP. We have been customers since 2018, Icouldn't recommend them enough.Their staff are competent and knowledgeable about all thing Solar.

I liked the people and the initial installation was very helpful. However a few minor issue one the battery was installed as monaghan so weather was wrong. Second I had a bit of hassle to understand how to charge the battery from the grid, and get the password as was another app. So a follow up tech walk through aboutv3 months after installation would have helped.

Great quality of the workmanship We got both Solar PV (6.5kWp) in combination with an Air-To-Water Heat Exchanger system installed by the NRG team. This was back in April 2021. Both systems are performing superbly since. So both the quality of the materials used and the workmanship have proven to be absolutely excellent.

From initial contact everthing was flawless.Each appointment prior to installation was kept and on time any questions were answered and no sales pressure. The installation team were courteous,efficient,diligent and very tidy. From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with NRG everything was explained in the process and I would highly recommend NRG. I cannot comment on aftersales care as to date I have had no issues with the Installation

Solar panels installed without hassle! The whole process form initial contact to grant application was very easy and it went without any problems. Because I had arranged my own BER assessment, they reimbursed me the fees and were very thorough in their explanations. I'd highly recommend them!

Very pleased with all aspects from the consultation to the installation. The team were very polite, efficient & installed the system in one day. I installed the system in November so just starting to see the benefits creeping up each day as the daylight increases. Would recommend NRG to others.

The end to end process and support was amazing. NRG take care of everything. Sales Team, Installers and Office staff were all great to deal with. The process is very efficient. The installers turned up on time and did a very tidy job. We only have our panels installed 3 weeks and we are already producing 35% of our electricity needs in Winter. The solar system and supporting app are working great. Highly recommend this company.

Exceptional service, we had great communication & ongoing updates from the team prior the to visit so we knew when to expect them , which allowed us to plan our day. We really appreciated the efficient service and the clear explanations on how to make better use of the app along with tips on how to get the best efficiency to charge our car. Overall a very good experience. Kevin was very helpful.

There were a few unforeseen challenges discovered when the lads came to site to do an upgrade, despite this the lads worked with me to agree a way to get around the problem. The result a very happy customer and a job completed without a second visit. Great engineers and office staff to work with. Well done to you all.

I've held off on this review for some time (nearly 18 months) as I wanted to get a real feeling for NRG's after sales services and I am happy to report that After Sales is just a good as PreSales! This really is an exceptional company to deal with. PreSales provided us with all the information needed to fulfil our needs and offered relevant advice that had real impact on our decision making. The install team were neat and tidy and done within a few hours (10 panels, hybrid inverter and eddi) and After Sales have been quick to respond to and resolve any issues or queries I have had. The only item I wish I could go back and visit is the placement of the Eddi in our hallway - not the nicest looking piece of equipment I wish we could have placed somewhere else. I think slightly better customer consultation is needed here.
