A team was sent on the day of appointment and all the guys were courteous and professional. The installation went smoothly from start to finish and the guys cleaned the place properly when they finished the job. I fully recommend NRG Panel

The team from the onset were professional in all transactions and looked after the small bits such as the grant application and the close out. In particular I was impressed with the efficiency installation over the 2 days. Would recommend NRG Panel

When my solar panels went up it made an big difference the team were brillian and very helpful and polite I would recommend NRG

Overall excellent service provided. Installation crews were excellent, I would however like to single out the Electricans who were exceptional in working through a number of challenges. Have recommended NRG to a number of friends and neighbours.

Process was well explained and completed in one day after a prior consultation. Free hot water even in winter . It’s a no brainer . Just sorry I didn’t get them earlier

I had researched 6 SolarPV installing companies before contracting NRG. I’ve now had 2 installations carried out by them. They are top class. From start to finish. From back-office, accounting, site inspection, scheduling, punctuality, cleanliness, efficiency. Then when the job were completed, a follow up call the very next day to double check I was satisfied. Immediately following which the invoice for the balance was issued, immediately following which I paid the remaining balance. ✅✅✅✅✅ Important to remember regarding NRG: 1. They do the SEAI grant application paperwork and online work. They receive the grant, charging the customer the balance remaining. Other companies charge the full retail amount of the installation, leaving the customer to retrieve the SEAI allowance themselves. 2. They give a loyalty discount for 2nd and subsequent properties. 3. They give a referral discount too if applicable. Ask them. 4. They only charge 10% deposit. One other company quoted 60% payment 4 weeks in advance of the installation with the remainder 40% to be paid before the installation day. Thats 100% in advance….!!! That is why I was happy to pay the balance of my owings to NRG immediately - the day after - the installation. I’d like to congratulate the NRG management for their set-up, and the various teams working together within NRG - office, admin, survey, installation. They deserve to be a successful business.

Found smoke buts and left over materials in my attic after the work. Also lots of screws left on roof that blew off over the next few days. Emailed pictures to customer services but not even a response.

Got the panels installed in June 2021. The crew arrived on time and were gone by lunchtime. Very neat job. Any questions I had after the installation, which were few, were answered promptly by the head office.

Great service and very polite staff. Left very tidy work. Annette in the office was very helpful and left the application a breeze

Everyone was great to work with, throughout the whole process and their after sales & support was excellent. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

No recent experience but initial installation was quick and clean. Subsequent backup was prompt, friendly and effective. I am inputting a date just to submit reply.
