Shocking customer service, Tried to switch from Prepay power to this company, Spoke with 3-4 different people who were so rude eventually got my Mprn and meter reading got told they would give me a call back to sign me up and never heard anything spoke to prepay power during the process and the difference between the tone of voice was astounding for that reason alone I wouldn't switch to electric Ireland

They’ve increased their price multiple times in the last few months with no end in site, absolutely disgraceful price gouging!!! Total increase of over 60%

Worst customer service ever. Stay away from this company!! I've been charged higher than due for a several months and they just can't fix this problem.

OVER CHARGED ME FOR WEEKS/MONTHS DESPITE CALLING EMAILS ECT ECT.. TOPPED UP BY 50 EUROS AND ONLY 20 WOULD COME OUT I NEVER AVAILED OF ANY DEALS TO LEAD TO THIS .. REALLY BAAAAAAD THESE MILLENIALS THEN CALL TO COME BACK........... WHEN I TELL THEM WHY I LEFT THEY RESPOND BY SAYING WERE CHEAPER DO!!!! Absolute nightmare switching to electric Ireland they opened and closed my account and made an unauthorized debit (200 euro) from my bank account. Avoid!!!!!

Customer service is horrible. You will be told to hold on call to answer simple question. They either get kick out of it to humiliate customer or they hire people without proper training

Awful to deal with. Poor customer service. I would not reccommend anyone to swith to this provider unless you want hassle. Would give a Zero star rating if it was possile.

Their bills are up to date, good portal to manage stuff, easy to reach and no issues with the company

Absolutely fuming, engineer came out to fit the new climote into the house, took the old Nest with him worth 300 and the misses rang him and he is blantly denying it, better get that back, two of us in the house when he was here and it suddenly goes missing!!
