I switched prepay meters with them, I had 70 euros in the old box, it took me almost 6 months 10 emails 15 phone calls to get it back.
Signed up, arranged engineer call. No show. Rearranged appointment. No Show. No contact. Cancelled contract.
Don’t bother with them, worst service ever, prices are good but they will never be able to solve any issues which you will have sure.
Avoid at all costs if possible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Scum of the earth. I live in a SMALL studio apt and received a €600 bill because they severely underestimated EVERY bill for the past FOURTEEN MONTHS and expect me to pay it now all at once. Avoid!!!

Impossible to get through to customer service. Have sent multiple emails also with no reply. Very poor.
Ttrying to contact them. Need to speak to someone in relation to direct debit but phone automated with no option to speak to an operator. Tried ringing the landline no they provide but there is a problem with the line.
Website does not allow you to log in, and customer service staff on the phone are very rude, laughing at you. Avoid.

Ridiculous rates, and 89c standing charge per day is not normal.
I tried to move my electricity to Electric Ireland ,after about eight different phone calls I had been hung up on four times and one guy actually told me that he would call me back as his computer was broken .I called back the next day and another guy told me that he couldn’t deal with it at that particular time and told me he would call me back at 9 o’clock the next morning ,I have never heard anything back from them ,an absolute disgrace .
Absolute nightmare to deal with. Power went out and they reduced to turn it back on and when I asked why they said they couldn’t help call back tomorrow
