Excellent service and customer support are what better describe Electric Ireland. I had a query that has been immediately addressed and solved without any disruption

Do NOT SIGN UP TO ELECTRIC Ireland, the customer service is extremely bad and it takes nearly an hour to get through via telephone, also the information which was relayed to me on numerous occassions was incorrect.

Never had an issue with Electric Ireland they are much better than many other providers.

Why do they keep saying 'thank you for reaching out' when no one has 'reached out' the only 'reaching out' everyone has done is to reach out to touch the one star button..

Scum of the earth. I live in a SMALL apt and received a €224 bill because they severely underestimated EVERY bill for the past FOURTEEN MONTHS and expect me to pay it now all at once. Avoid!!

I have paid 345e for less than a month, when I gave them a ring they had wrong meter reading for about 800kwh so they told me to call them again after 3-5 working days because they have to recalculate my bill.. after that when I called again amount was the same and meter reading was updated to the number that I gave to them on last call so.. 800kwh more or less.. 345e is you bill and that's it.. I'm robbed and changing the supplier.. avoid and save your money and time..

Electric Ireland really need to improve & respect their customers , I'M a prepay customer for the last two years , tried to RE register my new property since last night I've made four very long exhausting phone calls to Electric Ireland only for the agent's to hang up disconnect the call ....I have no heating as a result and have a small child I explained my moving situation very cleary was advised to aquire readings + Mprn + Gprn numbers which I gave only when the last agent was typing and it was quite un clear whether he was talking to me or another colleague in electric Ireland as he was asking for the above details when I asked politely 'Is it the Gprn or Mprn he cut the call ..... I have observed that some electric Ireland agent's are mistreating loyal customers in this disgraceful in proffesional behavior because they know they can get away with it ......and now I've to wait till morning again to start all over again with my exhaustive task of dealing with my so called new supplier to get heating which I've to do without thanks to you guys in Electric Ireland

Absolutely disgraceful customer services in a tiny 2bedroom apartment 60 euro top on meter in space off a week also had same issues with yous last year advice to stay well away from their 4 years I’m with them highly recommend u go to another supplier hike prices up from month of October to December

Always very easy to deal with - Nice to get a quick answer online on chat when dealing with my account instead of having to call. Would highly recommend based on quick resolution to all queries I have ever had.

My most recent bill shows that I used €6.80 cents worth of electricity for the period March to May 2017. My bill total for the period with ' Rip Off Charges' including a charge for LOW USAGE is €108.56cents. Where is the incentive for saving energy when we are penalised for it ? Shame on you Electric Ireland. I believe my bill could be less if I wasted energy by leaving lights on day and night thereby avoiding the obscene 'LOW USE' penalty.

An absolute disgrace of company , rang my 83 year old mother and demanded that she pay her bill even though she pays it by the week out her pension, she received a very scary phone call this morning and she feels as if she was been harassed on the phone, we'll change her utility company as soon as possible , I wouldn't give any stars if I my way ,

This is a horrible company. They disconnected our electricity for no reason and are making us wait 2 days to get it fixed! When it is completely their fault. These people are extremely rude on the phone.

I switched to electric ireland and the first bill was wrong meter i emailed couple of times and sent meter reading time stamped photo and still no help and the second bill came with 515€ charge and double meter reading than my current I think its enough with them,i will switch from them and pay 50€ exit fees and never come back to this company

Absolutely spamed by them,sighned the contract for fixed price for 12 months,1 month later increased the price by 20% without the notice!!they said that i dint use electricity enough(min 380kw a day !!!)they are crazy!!but when sighned the contract they were said nothing at all!!!people be carefull is a TRAP COMPANY!!THEY WILL WRECK YOU!!!NEVER EVER AGAIN WITH THEM!

PAYBACK TIME - i don't know even from where to start. The worst customer service definitely. Avoid this company for good, i doubt the amount of money that they will charge you for electricity per month is legal. Just check other reviews, disgrace
