Excellent service from start to finish. From the first contact to the finished installation the PV generation team we a pleasure to deal with, there was constant communication with design and installation updates. Last August having had great difficulties in having my previous roof solar tubes (installed in 2009) serviced when the system broke down, I decided that perhaps the best solution overall would be to look into the possibility of replacing that installation. With that in mind, thankfully I made contact with PVGen, and following an initial discussion with Joe Garvin,I decided to fire ahead initially with a complete new PV solar roof (minus the battery aspect) installation. The PVGen team arrived in November and, unfortunately I could not be actually present on the day due to a stay in hospital at that time, the whole operation was concluded successfully on the day with due consultation with my wife. Since then, I am very happy with the performance of the solar installation - so much so, that thankfully yesterday, phase 2 - the battery addition, was again successfully installed - thankfully I was present to see how professionally and helpful the PVGen installation team(s) go about their work. Top class marks to both installation teams - but not forgetting the PVGen administration personnel who were so professional & helpful from start to the successful conclusion of both installations. I have no hesitation in recommending PVGen to anyone who wants a no hassle solar installation installed - without any undue worries or complications. Well done PVGeneration. Kevin McCarthy Limerick.

The PV Gen experience from Day 1 to install day right through to the post installation has been a fantastic experience. A very professional outfit to do business with. The installation of roof panels ,invertor and Eddie system was top class tradesmanship. Worksite was left in tidy condition. Darragh was the man, sorted out the install properly, the company managed the finances and the grant perfectly.

From pre sales to installation to after sales they've been excellent. We have had two issues in that time and both times our issues were dealt with professionally and to our full satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to any one thinking of going down the solar route. The installers also went above and beyond to help identify a problem with the original install of our roof by our developer. And gathered sufficient evidence for me to return to the developer to have the valley redone properly.

We are with pv gen with the last four years. From installation to after sales they have been brilliant. After sales non existent, been ringing this company for 2 years to get my system connected to broadband so I can see my usage, they keep saying they will schedule somebody to come out but still nothing. The bigger issue though is I’ve had a panel loose on the roof for over a year now. It’s hopping off the roof above our bedroom when it’s windy. They have told me three times that they have scheduled someone to come out but nothing. Stay away from this company is my advice

We contacted 3 solar companies for quotes but PV Gen stood out with their excellent sales rep Tony Diamond and the follow up with our technical queries. All communication and paperwork was clear and easy to follow. On installation day the whole team did a brilliant job despite the weather and everything was left spotless. The electricians also showed much patience in showing me how to install the app and get it working (thanks Paddy!) By lunchtime I could see it all running well from my sofa! Delighted with the whole process. Thanks guys.

From start to finish the experience was First Class. Initial call-back was immediate and helpful. Visit and regular calls from Mark McKeever were excellent. Installation (excuse me for forgetting the names of the two gents who worked on the electrics) was painless. The two gents were amazing, very helpful, very polite, very friendly and they worked non-stop. The house was left spotless after all the work. Don’t waste time with wasters…use PVGEN! Probably because it started as a Cork company!!!!!
