PV Gen has a great team who are without exception friendly and polite, and very considerate when coming into the house throughout the installation process which was carried out very professionally. The only problem I had was not quite understanding everything the chief engineer/electrician was saying to me, even when he tried to explain! He did not explain why he could not leave my cylinder and old timer attached to the night-saver metre as well as to the new power source and control box. There is probably a good reason, but I would really like to have had it explained, as I miss being able to boost my hot water during the night on the cheaper rate. Otherwise it was an A1 service. Update: Since talking to Joey I understand that I can still avail of the cheap night-rate electricity, even when setting the timer on the new control system, so I am happy!

We went with PV Generation because we found then so professional from our first phone call, They sent a survey team to our house and went through everything with us from our power usage, what size system our roof could hold. Install team were very friendly and cleaned as they went, any questions were answered, App and handover set up and explained. Customer service from day one was very good.Would highly recommend PV Generation

Hi I would highly recommend Pv Gen for their service. I found them very efficient and their work to be at the highest quality. Everyone we dealt with between office staff and men on site were all very helpful with any queries we might have. We are absolutely delighted with our free electricity. It is saving us a fortune now during lockdown. 5/ 5👍

A seamless installation by a polite, professional team who arrived on the hour as promised and didn't leave so much as a splinter or screw behind. PV Generation have been accessible and patient throughout our PV journey and their original in person survey gave us informed and managed expectations. In our second year with photovoltaic, we now know how to interface with our free supply year round to reap the best possible results from the system. A bald roof is a wasted roof!

PV Generation is honestly a fantastic company to have dealt with from start to finish. From the sales consultant to the girls in the office who answered all of my questions with ease, and the lads who came to fit my system were extremely quick and tidy at their job and a pleasure to deal with. Now more than ever in the hard times of a lockdown I am enjoying my free electricity.
