We have been dealing withActiv8 for close on 10 years, very efficient company, gets the job done, efficiently and with minimum of fuss. It’s been a pleasure to deal with their work team, recently and in the past. Comes highly recommended by this household.

Activ8 solar panels were professionally and quickly installed. They have worked well. There have been no problems.My electricity bill is much reduced.

I was completely happy with active8 solar energy . They came in time and were spot on putting panels on roof also the installation inside very good and no mess . I cant believe it's so good . Hot water all the time and my electricity bill halfed.

Got Solar Panels for heating Water. We find them very successful and we have loads of hot water. Never have to use oil to heat water in Summer. In the Winter time the Solar Panels will be luke warm, we top it up every couple of days ,we heat water from oil for about an hour to bring it up to a good heat which lasts us for a couple of days. Overall the Solar panels are successful and we have had no trouble with them. Very efficient service. Highly recommend Active Solar Energies.

Hi all... Just a quick update about my active8 experience. I called them today to let them know that my solar system wasn't working... And I got talking to Steven in customer technical services, who guided me through everything to get my system back up and running..which he did impeccably.. Really nice guy..explained everything to me as we were going through everything over the phone and was very patient with me while trying to find the right menus on my system to get it back working properly.. So I have to say..Well done active8.. I'm a very happy customer again.. Highly recommend active8 for both their products, AND for their customer service.. We were v happy with our experience with active 8

The installation was excellent and I have made recommendations to others considering purchasing panels. The key bit missing is that I have the panels one year now but I have no fact-sheet. If I was able to say to family and friends that my panels cost x and in the last year generated y and therefore saved me z, that would be very beneficial for me and also for you as I would have actual data to share with family and friends who are considering panels

It was a very good experience. The installation crew were very professional and skilled. The price while a bit high was alright in light of the accompanying grant. But the increase in the cost of electricity since installation has made it very worth while considering what we are saving right now

The installation work was carried out very well.There was no damage to the roof and all the cables were neatly ran in the attic.The battery and inverter/charger are in a boiler room attached to the house. This location was convenient in our case. The installers usually locate the charger and battery in the attic. These items are too heavy for the standard attic (our opinion). There is also the risk of overheating in warm weather. (our opinion) The installation is performing well and has exceeded the estimated KWH return given by the company.We are slightly dissapointed with the panel output in hazy conditions. The system is working for 18 months and all we want is for that to continue. The company was always easy to deal with and everyone we spoke to was helpfull. Just to add, the installers left the site clean and tidy.

Since installation, no problems . Pleased with the performance of the panels. Any queries quickly and efficiently dealt with.

Had a problem with our local voltage and cycles which was causing a problem getting the solar panel to operate. Contacted Activ8 who very quickly rectified the problem. All now working perfect.

Prompt and reliable. Everything left in good order. Delighted with our'free electricity' . 2nd time dealing with Activ8. Highly recommend

Didn’t explain how it works well enough. Should be a help line when we have a problem. When I rang with a query i was put on to fitters. The first thing they looked for was a call out charge.

The service from sales through to installation was excellent. The energy the panels generate is beyond my expectations. Definitely would recommend
