We were very happy with the service we got from activ8, from the initial survey to the installation of the panels etc. Staff were very polite and helpful.

The battery pack is not big enough for the size of my house, and I'm told I should have more than 12 panels on the roof.

WITH THE NEW METER THE ELECTRICITY GENERAted is going back to the grid and we dont get paid for it. A battery should have been installed with the panels. We got the panels to gring down our bills as we are old age pensioners.

I had 8 panels installed. The guys arrived at 8 and were finished and gone by 12. I have no complaints they came when they said they would and erything worked out great so I am very happy and would recommend the company.

Active8 did a very efficient and quick job starting at 8.30am and finished at 1pm, installing 10 panels. Our electricity bills have plummeted and after 6 months we are still in credit after working through the estimated payments.

When the system was installed initially it was wired wrong and kept heating the water in our tank after two call they finely sent a technician out and he resolved the issue.

Everything to do with installation was great and the whole system works well. However, we were definitely oversold on how much energy the panels would generate when there was no sun or when we had the bad irish weather we're used to here, so winter is practically a write off. We were also mislead with the belief that the panels would heat our radiators. Better advice and explanation at the time would have made me go for a battery, which is frustrating now. The panels and installation cost was definitely much more than other suppliers, so I am somewhat regretting not shopping around more. Doesn't feel like it's made the dent in our electricity bill that we'd hoped for.

I found Activ8 to be a very efficient service and I would like to recommend them to other customers. They left the place clean and tidy when they were put up the panels. We have constant hot water now and our gas and electricity bills have reduced.

Still waiting a technical support call back after two days. Pv panels not working! If it takes two days to answer a question how long is it going to take to fix the problem? Got a call back on the third and issue resolved so all good!
