Phone contacts simple Salesman polite and helpful Team 4 arrived promptly, Worked well as a team {A1} Talked through a simple early misunderstanding, by us. Managed to install panels on "the worst roof I've ever seen." Tidied up after the job was finished. Were at all times courteous to us.

Excellent service throughout , I must say, and the Guys were ever so mannerly, I am a Construction Manager and am dealing with contractors for a living so I know all the snags to watch for, keep doing what ye are doing, if only some of my contractors were as diligent,

An absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. The sales man called and gave a presentation on the entire solar energy system, how it works, the benefits and also how it would be installed. The ISo certification and accreditation was of added reassurance. The office maintained contact from deposit paid to install day and were most helpful in answering any questions along the way. The install was very impressive-neat, tidy, very professional with a hoist system and all done in 4 hrs 20 mins. I couldn't recommend active 8 energies high enough and am getting great benefit from the panels from the 1st minute they were installed. Definitely the best decision ever.

Solar panel's fitted yesterday as per agreement between Activ8 and myself, I would have given 5 stars but I am waiting to see if benefits correspond with sales advertisements, I would like to take this opportunity thank and praise your installation crew for their courtesy efficiency and skill during their time in my home. From start to finish I we were aware of timelines and next steps. Such great communication and professionalism. Sales rep was really responsive when visiting our home. Listened to what we wanted now for our home, and plans for the future, and avoided any up-selling in favour of what we needed e.g. getting a battery now wouldn't be worthwhile when getting heat pump at later time; as we planned. Engineer visit was quick and professional with an opportunity to ask additional questions and make choices as per placement of equipment. As for date of installation, as promised the team showed up bang on 8am and left at 12 sharp. Work was carried out as discussed with engineer with no prompting on our part, the team were quick and polite leaving the work areas in good order.

The guys were fantastic. Full clear up after they had finished. Explained the Eddi and the Inverter clearly. Couldn’t be happier.

Very impressed with the overall purchase and installation experience. Installation team arrived on site on time and carried out the work without any fuss , professionally and efficiently . I was particularly impressed with the neatness of the work (controls,cabling etc)and the clean state of the site after completion. I would also strongly commend the back up support team in respect of their efficiency and clarity in providing the support documentation, warranties etc and their willingness to assist on any follow up queries. Overall a pleasant experience.

The Activ8 Solar Energies team installed our solar panels on a very wet day in November of last year. Previous to that we had had an assessment visit. Communication with the company was excellent- quick to respond and very helpful. Both the assessment team and the installers were friendly, careful of the environment and respectful. The installers were superb. They arrived down to the Iveragh Peninsula just ahead of time, worked in difficult conditions & did a very neat job. The explanation of the system given was easy to follow & to use.

The PV System was installed and commissioned as scheduled on 2nd August 2022. The job was carried out safely, efficiently and cleanly. The workmanship was top class. The only issue thereafter was with discovering how to access the output information on the 'Inverter App'. However, once I discovered that it was available through the yellow circle 1 with the 3 red spots on top, all was revealed. Output is as anticipated, and I am very satisfied.

Very simple process to install the system. No real inconvenient is caused to the householder and the roofers and electricians working on the install were all very efficient and professional. The main electrician explained the system really well when the install was finished. I would highly recommend Activ8 to my friends and family

We are very pleased with the work. The men were very respectful and cleaned up very well afterwards!
