Overall installation went well, I was a bit unusual in that I had electrical work done on the house and was in position to preinstall wiring from attic to fuse board and cylinder. I had difficulty getting through to office to agree account before installation date, I was subsequently told there was a problem with phone system. I also thought sales person was a bit pushy regarding time limit on price etc.

We had our solar panels installed recently and are extremely satisfied with Activ8 Solar Energies. The installation process was painless and the crew who carried it out were to a man excellent, friendly, competent, mannerly and appreciative of the business. We were given a very clear outline of how the system works before they left. All in all a very positive experience and we are delighted with the outcome.

Installation completed by a very professional team, they arrived on time, introduced themselves and got on with their work efficiently, job completed on time an the site was left clean and tidy, overall a very professional company to deal with from first introduction with plenty of communication.

I have had a wonderful experience with Activ8 Solar energies from the initial phone call right up to the completed installation. All phone staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. The sales rep was also friendly and courteous and explained all the factors without putting us under any pressure. The engineer who called was courteous and friendly too and was very thorough in his survey. The crew who did the installation were excellent. They were very efficient and focused, caused no disruption either inside or outside the house, their work was neat and tidy, all elements were explained and left the premises in perfect condition. Well done to everybody.

Installation and whole process was very smooth and efficient. All staff were very professional. No complaints or issues at all.

My understanding was that any surplus I sent back to grid would generate credits on my account. Installers informed me this not the case. Can you please clarify.

Installation of solar panels was efficient and thorough. In one day everything was set up and connected. The installers were methodical and careful and worked safely on the roof and elsewhere. By the end of the day electricity was being generated from the panels and we had hot water too. What more would one want?

Over all Activ8 Solar Energies were great from the first consultation to install everything went smoothly and was explained very clearly. I would definitely recommend this company.
