Very friendly and great service and time and very efficient

Technically job done well. One small item missed. Expected team to have cleaned up better.

Guys that did the install were really nice and good at their job. But when the boiler stopped working with an electrical error they shrugged shoulders and said ah well nothing we did. Left a bad sense after all the good work they did.

The whole job was done so quickly and professionally by a great bunch of lads and everything was explained so simply to us,we are really pleased how it's working so well, I would recommend Activ 8 energies to anyone considering putting up solar panels.

The work was carried out professionally and the work men completed tasks efficiently and went through the job with me when completed

The team turned up at 8.00 am as agreed. They set up a safety parameter and started work simultaneously on the generator, the electric meter and the installation of 9 additional panels on the roof. They commissioned the system explained the system works, cleaned up and finished the job. they left exactly at 11.00am

I paid my deposit in June and didn't receive any communication until September. I eventually got my panels installed at the beginning of December. The panels are causing a surge of electricity in the mornings which is tripping the circuit so unless I'm home to switch it back on the panels don't work for the day. I was told an electrician would fix this problem but that was 4 days ago and I haven't heard anything since

Crew arrived on time and were v efficient. Each worker seemed to know what he was doing and the system was installed in half a day. No mess. All tidied up well. Delighted.
