Installation was done efficiently with very little inconvenience for us. The workers were all extremely pleasant and caused very little fuss.

Staff were very knowledgeable and efficient I would certainly recommend them.

The crew arrived on time and the job was completed in a very short time. No mess, explained everything clearly. Very pleased with the whole experience with Activ8.

Arrived on time. Introduced the team by name Explained the work they were about to do and how long it would take. Very neat work both on the roof with panels and in the house with all the electrical work. very competent work team. Lead worker explained the system and documentation very well. Excellent job.

It’s early days but from start to finish Activ8 have been very professional The panels are producing electricity from the off, with a handy app to keep track. The only thing I can think of now after the event is I should have asked for a quote with battery or without As I just went for system without. I seem to send quite a lot back to the grid which would probably have been better stored. It has helped our house achieve a B rating which is a bonus, it makes you think what else can I do.

The installation guys were excellent, especially Noel,Marty and Oisin. The sales person promised the sun, moon and the stars but couldn't deliver, lies and when I went to contact him on several occasions about it he passed me off. The surveyor got the majority of the survey wrong, the installers picked up the pieces and were brilliant. I would suggest an installer do the survey as they know what they are talking about.

We have been delighted with the professionalism , courtesy and efficiency shown by all at Activ8 from office staff to salesman, engineers , fitters and customer support. Well done to you all . In particular it’s so nice for the telephone to be answered quickly by human beings rather than a computer recorded voice keeping me hanging on for 10-15 minutes as has become the norm with most other suppliers.

We had our panels installed with them. They were very friendly and surprisingly precise. I expect small errors during such a complex process, but every detail clicked throughout the whole experience, and we never had to call back or fix mistakes. Wonderful service!

Team of 6 very friendly & professional finished in 4 hours & cleaned up everything before they left, great bunch of lads.

Price - competitive. Good experience dealing with rep and other company staff. Install done on date agreed - install team were punctual, efficient, helpful and clean. Good safety procedures taken.

Experience has been excellent. phone calls, emails, visit from salesman, engineer and your staff yesterday were positive and accomodating. At all stages we were kept informed. well done to all.
