In and out in one day, no messing around, totally efficient

The men arrived at 8am as arranged and got on with the job. I must say I was very impressed. There was very little disruption to the running of the house. They did the job and left the place as they found it - correction- better than they found it. They even did the hoovering. They explained everything clearly and simply and they were out of here at 12 noon. They wouldnt even stop for a cup of tea! I would highly recommend Activ8 and the service they provide. They were all lovely lads who came here. I hope you are paying them well to hold on to them.

I recently got ten Solar PV panels installed by Activ8 Solar Energies and so far i am very happy with them. The team that installed the panels were really professional and efficient and told us how everything worked and it was all done and tidied up in a few hours. I would highly recommended Activ8. Had a very poor experience with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone. Returned my deposit days before installation without any explanation. When contacted they said they’re installers couldn’t do the work as my house is terraced with no rear access and when I demolished that argument they then said they wouldn’t be able to access my roof anyway. The fact that these issues never arose during their inspections of my property leaves me wondering as to what sort of a company this is and what are the real reason for returning my deposit at such a late date.

Fast efficient courteous

I found all the staff I had dealings with very helpful and courteous.

Installation staff arrived on time and started work procedure and safety management promptly. Starting at 8 00am and finished at 1 00pm. Just hope this time head office respond to referral requests.

We recently had our solar installed by Activ8 and we can't recommend them highly enough! The whole process from our initial call to the installation was seamless and incredibly professional.

From start to finish the installation crew were efficient, professional. They respected our home and cleaned up after themselves. The panels were only installed yesterday buy so far so good. .

Crew arrived well before time and commenced work at 8am as stated. All staff (initial sales rep/ job surveyer)from initial meeting were on time. Crew were given safety talk prior to work commencing and cordoned off a safe working zone. All crew were polite and well presented. Supervisor was informative about all aspects of works carried out. An example for other companies to follow. Overall I will certainly be recommending to others

We were very happy with our experience with active 8 energies. They arrived on time got their work done very efficiently with as little intrusion on the household. They were mindful we were in the house. Pauric communicated very well with us. All was done in a day.
