We found every aspect of our dealings with Activ8 very impressive - from the sales and office staff right through to the installation crew. The attention to detail and the customer service has been some of the best we have ever encountered. Really, really well done to all concerned

The work was done in a very efficient manner. The team were on site on time and worked away. They cleaned up and They explained the system to us when they were finished.

Speedy completion…. The installation crew arrived at 8:00am and after a brief consultation was finished by 1:40pm. Exceptional workmanship and the operation/handover completed by Niall was fantastic. In relation to the other members Derek Mullen was extremely courteous and professional and we really appreciate all the hard work. Billy MC Cooey was also really helpful and extremely supportive. I have done a LinkedIn post after completion which has over 3,000 views. I have also been messaged directly a number of times The extended lead time was the only negative aspect however that is a direct reflection on how busy your company is along with your popularity in the marketplace. Installers were punctual and super efficient as well as very professional.

When we had the installation compleated, we were asked if we had any questions and of course we were not totally familiar with how it operated, so we had'nt many questions. It would be very beneficial if a rep from active8 could call personally to discuss any issues we had say after a week or so.

Good communications along the way thought it took longer than expected. The crews who came to us were very helpful. Problems (unknown unknowns) were dealt with professionally as they arose. Solutions (alternatives) were discussed with us. A very good end product delivered by a professional team

Appointments were met a representative explained The process and answered all questions concerning the install.We were given a realistic expectation as to the benefits we could expect from the installation of the panels. The installers were brilliant, models of competence and courtesy.All in all a positive experience.

Excellent, efficient service from Activ8, I'd really recommend the service for anyone interested in having solar installation on their house. The workman were punctual, efficient and very tidy as they went about the work. Highly recommend.

The installers arrived on time, worked efficiently and neatly and cleaned up afterwards. Also all our questions were answered and the system and monitoring of it's operation fully explained to us.
