Yes I was happy with the service provided by the company. The guys arrived at 8.00am in the morning and the 10 panels were generating power by 11.30.am Very efficient and happy with all support.

Dealing with the company was so perfect from start to finish. Making changes along the way to get the right fit for us was very important. Ending up with a system that will be great in the future and so up to date. The guys that installed our system were fantastic. Thank You. Jack

Very experienced team came on time and with little fuss installation was completed neatly, and instruction given on best usage.

Firstly the lads arrived on time to install the system.They were professional explaining as they were asked. Worked well as a team and when the job was completed they again explained the system and how it works. They tidied up and I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone.lf there is one think I might suggest would be to design a small handbook for the end user.Thanks again.

The installation team was prompt and very professional. I was impressed with their service and professionalism. They explained what they were going to be doing, and then stuck to the deadline for the completion of the work. The sales and surveyor was also friendly and courteous. The office took care of the grant paperwork and kept me informed. All in all, a five star experience.

Installation team excellent and very efficient, arrived at 8:00AM completed installation of 20 panels and battery etc by 2:00 PM . Team very professional and polite , left area.clean and removed all rubbish. Insufficient details provided on expectations from system and education of customer on the apps rushed . It would be of great benefit if additional time was provided to customer on how best to use the apps . A second visit several weeks after installation would be very beneficial and would also help the customer understand if system is working efficiently. I honestly cannot say if the system is working OK , water not hot in morning , not clear on generation .

Had my panels fitted a little over a now and I’m very happy with the overall experience the fitters done a cracking job and no mess in site very tidy highly recommend activ 8

I was interested in getting a quote for solar panels with Activ8, so we arranged for one of their agents to visit the house on a Saturday. He was with us for about 30 minutes, gave us some basic details and a price and said that he will email us a very detailed quote which will list every component we were getting, and all the prices in detail. Several days passed and no trace of the email, so I emailed their head office asking for a follow-up. Next day, I finally got a message from the agent, apologizing about his tablet not functioning properly and that I was supposed to be getting the detailed quote later that day. No quote received this time either. The following day, I get another text message from the agent, telling me to check my email, as the quote should be there, or inside the Spam folder of the email. Needless to say, the quote wasn't there. So, I reply by telling him that it's not there and giving him my email address again, just to be sure he has it in the correct form. Never heard from him again. All this happened about 3 months ago. No follow-up or anything from them since then. I can see that they have pretty good reviews mostly, but for me, Activ8 were nothing but time wasters. And, it's a shame, because I was decided to choose them for my panels installation. Reply to Activ8: - let's not exaggerate things just to look good, Activ8. "Multiple times" is a big overstatement. I have been called ONCE by the sales manager, with apologies. And that's after I posted this review. I see you are somewhat trying to shift the blame on me, to save your image. Let's not do this. I've said what I had to say.

Very happy with the service from start to finish. Installation was very smooth and the team gave us full brief on how it works
