Nice people to deal with and very professional

Over priced and kept delaying the installation date in the finish I had to get a solicitor to write to them. They kept blaming supply issues but once I had solicitor contact them amazingly they got a delivery also they do not pass grant onto customer. I priced every component myself. Huge difference. The positives were the installation guys were gents and very neat and solar does work. I would not recommend Activat8 because of their overcharging and failure to supply within a reasonable time My own fault I should have done more research and quotes.

V straight forward quick process.

Overall installation was done on the day with no issues arising. Good team all very polite. App supplied is OK. Would be good if there was a little more information regarding what to expect once the panels start to generate electricity. Very much left to your own devices to work it out.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with Activ8. From the Admin Staff, to Sales Rep all the way to the lads of Team 7 Installation Team who deserve a special mention. Very happy with the product. All information provided on installation day was very clear. Getting BER assessment as part of the package an additional benefit going forward. Would have no hesitation in recommending Activ8.

Activ8 installed our solar panels in half a day. They are split both sides of the roof. The fitters were efficient clean and tidy. I was given a full explanation of the solar panels and how to use the app. I'm delighted with how they work. Would definitely recommend Activ8 Solar Energies.

Easy to deal with throughout the whole process. Quick and efficient installation. Installation crew were polite and friendly. Solar System was up and running in less than a day and is running well since. Cannot comment on reliability or on the savings obtained as the system is only in place for 2 weeks. Would be beneficial to request a review after 12 months when the benefit of the system can be fully examined.
