Less than 4 weeks from assessment to installation. Arrived on time and left everything as they found it. Gave a full run through on how the system works.

Paid my deposit at end of July was told install would take place by both the sales man and the engineer six weeks after my consultation.install was never scheduled by office and when I called was given a date in November which was a 10 weeks after the site survey. I’m very disappointed as I went with active 8 based on their supposedly great reputation. Office said that was the lead time yet both sales man and engineer had told me differently . Sad thing is they don’t seem to care they have my deposit and I’ve to sit and wait

Punctuality. Arrived just ahead of time. Very clean workers in the house. Continously reminded if we had questions just to ask. Safety was was paramount. That was the instalation. Now we wait and see how well it will work for us practically and financially.
