The efficiency of the process and professionalism of the people we dealt with along the journey to our Solar solution was excellent. From the Sales agent Mark to the site engineer to the install team lead by Kevin, it all gave confidence to us as homeowners that yiu knew what you were doing.

Great system and installation in less than two days at the very start but unfortunately I’m waiting since June for them to come and fix our solar panels two days before they were supposed to come they canceled on me, that was fine I had to ring them again to get a new date asked if i could be the first job as my wife works from home and has in person sessions from 12.00 noon onwards so I was given a date again they called the day before they were coming for payment of the call out charge I asked what time they would be on at and was told it was after noon which I said was no good due to my wife working from home. Rang again in September got a date again asked for a certain time again, the day before they were to call they rang for payment so I asked again what time were they calling and was told it was after noon again and I replied it has to be be in the morning the fella that was talking to me said I’ll make a note so the next time I get a date it will be the first job that day, unfortunately I’m still waiting for the call me back to arrange a date. Why install solar panels in Cork if ye haven’t the man power to fix them if they break down and one of the worst costumer services I’ve ever dealt with I was just going around in circles

Very efficient installation

after contacting different solar company's (half of which didn't even call me back) I decided to go with Activ8 even though they were a little bit more expensive, because they are a long established company who are in this for the long haul (so to speak). They guided me through the whole process and nothing was a problem. Their installers were first rate (I cannot fault any part of their work) I would highly recommend Activ8 to anyone thinking of getting solar panels

From beginning to end we were consulted and informed about the whole process. All the paperwork was done for us, in short no hassle. The consultant, the engineer, and the installers were very pleasant and efficient. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone.

The lads that were doing the job were very professional . They explained everything in detail when they had the job finished.

Had my installation the 17th October, and it went really smoothly. Team arrived 5 minutes early, and all introduced themselves. Friendly, polite, and more importantly did a fantastic job. The install went smoothly, and they all cleaned up after themselves as well. The front garden only shows they were there from the panels on the roof, and the little sign in the front. The only thing I wish was better was the timeline from deposit to install. The process isn’t the fastest, but once the engineer was out to do a proper survey, and installation plan things only sped up. They were able to fit three more panels than originally planned, and showed me the drawing of the system before going ahead. Grant got approved, and then just the install. The slowest unfortunately was getting the engineer out, and then a date for the install. Other than the speed of those, the entire experience was great. Now I’m just waiting on the BER inspector. Hopefully I get plenty of trouble free years with the panels.

I am very impressed with the company and the installation team. Niall and his team were very professional and explained to me all the work that was about to take place. The installation was tidy and very professional They finished and cleaned the areas where they worked. He explained to me the operation of the whole system. I would definitely recommend your company to any one that is considering Solar Panels. Only negatived was that it was raining but that did not deter the installation team.

They were on time with installation date. They arrived on time worked hard got the job done. Explained the system very well and day 2 we have roasting water !

Installation Date: October 19th 2023 System installed 17 panels Gave an installation date and installed the system on the date advised. Punctual - arrived at 8.00am as advised Professional - All the guys knew what they doing Workmanship - Wiring done very neatly Installation time - All work completed early afternoon Installers - Nice pleasant guys and very professional and helpful. Explained the system and answered all queries.

Kept evey appointment on time every time. Very efficient and tidy on the day of installation. Regards Tom and Kathleen.
