Clare,Eric and the whole team electricians and installers thank you for everything. From beginning to the end it was easy to deal with these guys all the questions were answered all the job was done in one day. After sale contact with the companies also very good. What else I can say if you want hustle free installation contact AK solar you won't be disappointed

Used Ak Solar in Aug 23 to get some panels installed and again in Oct 24 to add further panels and a battery. The process was smooth from start to finish from the initial engagement with the team on seeing what would suit my house and all the way through to install. Alan and the team who installed on both occasions were excellent, got the job done quickly and neatly with no disruption. Also very accommodating when i needed to change dates of install. No hesitation in recommending AK Solar to anyone who is thinking of installing panels.

Very professional job done. Eric on the initial call was very pleasant, offered good advice and wasn’t anyway pushy with the sale. Clare was very good to deal with, quick to respond to queries etc. Lads on the ground were very professional, no waste left behind them and had the job done in no time. 10 out of 10.

Exceptional experience! From the start Eric was great and patient with me giving me many quotes. When the order was placed the team delivered much quicker than I anticipated (it may be possible to get it sooner if you split the install over multiple days). The install went flawlessly and works very well. The team on the ground were one of the friendlies and most informative I have ever had doing work on the house. I am going to install my own battery and see how that goes.

Our journey started with Eric in Sales, very informative on the products. The Duracell battery sold it to me. I was surprised at how quick the install happened. Alan arrived on the morning and fitted 10 very neat panels. Frankie &Joey arrived later in the morning and did a class job getting cables from attic to kitchen ESB board. Very happy and already have recommended AK to friends. Claire and Rose in the office were super with the paperwork. Thanks.

Without doubt, we made the right choice when we chose AK Solar to do our solar installation recently. The numerous other positive reviews reflect our experience from start to finish. All at AK from Eric in sales, Clare and Rose in admin and the lads in the installation team were professional, efficient and courteous. With excellent workmanship, the installation was completed punctually, swiftly and with minimal disruption. Highly recommended.

From start to finish we found the team at AK solar to helpful, efficient and extremely polite. The advice beforehand was excellent. Their quote was competitive and work came with top quality and workmanship. The turnaround for install and work on the day was quick and efficient. All paperwork for grant was completed quickly. AK Solar funnily was recommended to me by a random reddit user. Super easy and transparent communication from the very beginning. The installation was quick and efficient, and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. I really wish every trader were like that in Ireland.

I would be very happy to recommend AK Solar. The whole process was very seamless from the initial proposal to the installation. I was very impressed with the installation of the kit which took less than six hours. Everyone involved really knew what they were doing. Everything was explained very well by Alan and Frankie and the organisation by Clare and Rose was excellent with the BER arranged immediately and the SEAI grant application made. I literally had to do nothing.

I was recommended AK Solar by 2 of my neighbours and I can fully see why. My first encounter was with Clare, who was incredible at answering my questions and ensuring that Eric in Sales would provide me with a proposal and the call out to visit us. Once agreeing to move forward I was given a date of 3 weeks (weather permitting) for installation. Day of installation I was greeted by Alan (owner & roofer), Frankie & Joey the electricians and Vlad another roofer. All the gents on site for the day was complete gentlemen and a pleasure to deal with. So from start to finish I worked with a full team, Clare dealt with all my queries, scheduling, Rose with SEAI grant help, Eric for sales and information on the process, how many panels and batteries and then the installation team. A wonderful experience with the most helpful group of people and now the app is up and running my husband and I get to see the power we are pushing back to the grid rather than paying our energy provider. I had AK Solar install a south facing 4.2kWp system in June 2023, they were really competitive on price and everyone I dealt with from start to finish was great. I didn’t go with a battery at the time as I wanted to figure out our usage etc. I decided to go with a battery and went with AK solar again for the installation. Glad to see that the same work quality and service is still there a year on. Really happy with the work and would happily recommend them. Great price, service and work.

We got three different and very varied quotes and were recommended by a work colleague to go with AK solar. Eric gave good advice on what we required and didnt put us under pressure or hard sell. I was recommended AK Solar by colleagues. I still got a couple of other quotes but AK were the one of the most competitive whilst also being very happy to answer all my questions. The communication was excellent and the admin team take care of all the paperwork. The turnaround time was quick and the team on the install day were fantastic. The lads were very tidy and took the time to go through the app set up and make sure we were comfortable with how the system worked. 100% recommend.

A lovely company to deal with couldn't fault anything, they arrived early on the day of installation and got straight to work. explained everything they were going to do. Very polite and friendly. The company ran through everything from the BER cert to the install, filled out all the forms for me to claim my grant back and to set me up to export back to the grid. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Could not recommend them enough.

I had work completed by AK solar including solar panels,inverter, hot water Eddi, zappi etc. The company were very affordable compared to others. Their lead in time was short and the employees were friendly. Had a few issues with hardware but they always took a call or replied quickly. They replaced any parts that were faulty which to be fair wasn't their fault but was a manufacturer issue. This was frustrating for us but these things happen with tech.

We got 13 panels, an Eddie water diverter, hybrid inverter and battery installed by AK in October 2022, from requesting a quote to the after sales service they were a pleasure to deal with. Arrived on the day they said they would, great communication the whole way through. They took the time to run the wires in a way that they were hidden from sight, not just the shortest way and set up the apps on our phones and explained fully how to use the system. I'd highly recommend them. It's now Aug '23 and our panels have so far preformed better than expected

We have just had PV panels, inverter, EV Charger and all appurtenances fitted by AK Solar. They have been competitive in price, clear in their intentions and results and in every way accommodating. They came as arranged and did the job efficiently and cleanly; all in less than a day. Their back-up service is friendly and helpful. If you are lucky enough to get them, do.
