Very satisfied with the sales and installation service last year. Still waiting on getting more panels installed (not the easiest company to get hold of on the phone!) but given the high demand in current times it's understandable. Added bonus is the really excellent (and patient!) technical support from Jair post-installation.

Very easy to deal with. I got all the information I asked for. Installation of 15 panels took about 5 hours. My whole experience with PV Generation was very positive. Tom Byrne

I initially seen the Solar Panels I was interested in at the Ideal Home Show. A sales person from PV Generation called Joe Long called me and made an appointment that suited us. He called and in minute detail explained everything about the Solar Panels they sold and went through our needs and why we wanted to invest in them. We had just purchased a hybrid vehicle and we wanted to get the best available means to charging this for next to free and also have the likes of the washing machine, dishwasher, etc free to use also. I know the weather in Ireland is very unpredictable but even on dull days we achieve in getting something done that's not going on our Electricity bill. Our first bill was of a mixed nature as we had only part of the benefits of the Solar Panels. But our next bill was hugely reduced. We normally had a bill of between €400 and €500 for two months. Our new bill with the aid of the Solar Panels was €186. We are due a bill around now and I am looking forward to seeing our savings on this bill even though the weather has not been exactly fantastic for us.

Roofers came and did the work in the most awful conditions and did a great job. 3 ELECTRICIANS DID A VERY TIDY NEAT JOB Pre installation service was very good

Happy with PV Generation and the quality of the roof and electrical installation teams - all every professional and courteous. My only issue is that they did not provide the additional CT clamp to show the solar generation of my panels on the Myenergi App. Not a mayor issue - it just means that I have to use two Apps rather than one to show generation and usage.

The process was very well handled since the first contact with sales, that answered to all our questions, and until the complete installation and inspections. Very professional and no Hussle

They were very friendly and explained everything to me. Paddy explained the app in detail to me. Natasha came out to take photos. She was very helpful and explained why she wanted the photos. Andy did a great job very tidy clean up after him.

The workers were very fast tidy and efficient.. I actually expected more of a return from my 10 panels but I guess they were installed late in the year.. I would hope to get a better return in 2023

I found PV Generation a pleasure to deal with from first contact to final installation. Office staff, sales and installers were friendly and professional throughout. Very good service from start to finish and delighted to have chosen PV Generation for my solar panels.

I found both the roofers and the electricians to be excellent. Very efficient and left the place exactly as they found it. They were all very good to deal with and very helpful. I would recommend them to my neighbours.

Just over three weeks ago, I had PV Generation install 16 X 415W Panels and a 5 KW Battery, Inverter, etc. The roofers were excellent as were the electricians, There was no disturbance and they took away all of the packaging. Everything was installed to highest standard and very neatly. The team were a pleasure to have in your home and I would highly recommend them. Rob Walsh sold me the system and his customer care is second to none. We are generating twice the electricity we consume and feeding excess it back to the grid. I have been on to my supplier and hope to agree a tariff before the end of next month. Any excess I have exported is recorded and I will be paid for it. The feeling of generating your own power and doing our bit for the planet is great. I would highly recommend doing this with PV Generation. What a professional organization. Thank you

Excellent service from PV Generation. Right from the outset they were very clear in their communications. Very impressed with their drone report advising on the best aspect for the panels. Installers were neat and tidy and the commissioning team gave a great handover. I would highly recommend PV Generation to anyone considering a PV installation.

Arrived on time. Very efficient. Very happy with the whole experience. Would have liked the option of a backup box but they do not install them yet. Hopefully soon.

Had problems with App and the inverter being disconnected due to change in WIFI in house. Was at a loss as how to resolve issue! Rang PVGen Hey presto Jair to the rescue!! He had his work cut out for him as I crawled through the attic, but we got there. Thanks a million!!

Very poor after sales . I got PV Gen solar panels installed 9 months ago and several times the system stops heating up even a cup full of hot water in a day . The first time it stopped I got onto the after sales team and a nice girl called Aishling talked me through how to navigate the Eddi to see if other devices are linked in . There was , the Eddi was picking up my neighbour’s system as he has a solar panel system too - deleted his off and the hot water is back daily . However this has since picked up another neighbours , so I deleted that too but no hot water in weeks now . I made a call to the after sales team yesterday morning to be told someone would call me back , 4 hours later I rang back and was on for 30 mins to someone who obviously was new and reading from a screen as he just kept saying “ let me look up what that is “ . I then rang back and asked for an experienced after sales person which I was promised would ring me back before the end of the day . No call back yesterday or today . I would think long and hard about staying clear of PV Generation

Great experience with PV Generation from Start to Finish. Sam O'connor our sales rep arrived and set to work reviewing our site in order to provide the best option that would suit our families day to day needs. Sam reviewed our current electricity bills in order to help establish our daily electricity usage and advise on the number of Solar panels we would need to install to meet 70% of our electricity usage. He explained the whole installation process, including cost breakdown and time line. A week later we paid our deposite and 3 weeks after that an engineer called to review that most suitable position on the roof for the panels and electrical installation process. I then received a 3D plan of the proposed solar panel layout. 6 weeks later Paddy and the electrical installation team from Monaghan arrived to carry out the installation work. The guys were very friendly, efficient, tidy and their work was of the highest standard and quality. We are very satisfied with the entire PV Generation system and we look forward to the long sunny days ahead. Thanks to everyone ay PV Generation for a great experience.

In mid June 23, PV Generation following their good advice, installed a 4kw system with 10 Sunpower panels secured on our roof. The roof faces due South in the D15 area. Since then we have produced near 2Mwh of power used with over 60 per cent of this sent to the grid and the remaining used in the house including for hot water. The savings are considerable with payback well underway. The install was quick and generally without fuss or worry. The system operates on its own and can be monitored from anywhere with the App provided. The panels also assist us to economise on our power requirements during the day. For example bright times mean free power for various appliances. Yes ireland can be dull but there is always a bit of power being produced which takes care of the fridge or charging a mobile for example. It all helps and creates credit on o our bills. It is an education for the kids. Can I add that the back up and friendly support provided by the PV Generation is always available and are ready to assist. Once a customer always a customer says Natasha in Customer Care. Another advantage is that our house gained in its BER rating from C1 to almost a B2 rating. The BER cert is all part of the Service which is explained clearly from day one by PV Generation. There is no disadvantage really. The Sunpower panels although more expensive than others are neater, more aesthetic and designed to last longer on the roof which is the reason why we went with PV Generation Written by a Chartered Civil Engineer
