PV Generation is extremely professional, from their scheduler to their installers. We are thrilled with the results of our Solar PV install and have no complaints.

From my initial contact with Toni, through to the post sales support, PV Generation have been nothing short of professional, friendly, and ensured I was fully updated all the time and knew exactly what to expect and when.

PVGen are a really great company to work with. From across the company - management, sales, technical and installation, and customer service - every team member was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helpful at all times. We would be glad to recommend PVGen to anybody who want to install solar panels on their home or business. Since installation we have seen a big reduction in our electricity bill.

Sales and Installation guys all good. I am happy with panels. But no attempt to push the gov to move on with selling into grid as was hoped. This is why I cannot give 5* It was a factor with sales guy but he explained it well.and said he could promise nothing as it is gov. I did finally get the grant yesterday. But it was obvious a lot of money is wasted in Gov playing with paperwork. I dont see anyone promoting PV on a national level to any great effect. Most people still not aware of their benefits and gov know this and only watch for their next vote.

from the off, everything was explained in simple layman's terms. form filling for the ssei grant was easy, ber certification was fast and un obstructive, and the best bit was the savings. already noticeable in our esb bill. would have no problem in recommending this Irish owned company.

I would like to give my review on my experience with Pv Generation Excellent and efficiency in the work done .I would highly recommend them and they left the place clean and tidy after them I am happy with my Solar Energy

PV Generation were great to set up an initial survey, I paid the deposit and then their communication was very poor. They had said they would contact us 2 weeks before the date of install, having heard nothing for weeks I rang and got an install date. The install process was very easy and with little disruption, unfortunately the scraps of wires, stickers etc were all dumped in my brown compost bin which I then had to fish out when I discovered it later. I then didn't hear from PV Generation again after paying the balance. 6 weeks later no news of BER rating so I phoned again and they organised it. So overall we are very happy with our panels and the install, but the communication process for booking dates for install and BER was poor.

The Team arrived on site on time and carried out all work very professionally. All positions and permissions for installs we're agreed with me first before commencing and finished to a hi-spec. Was able to get further info as required after job was completed on contact number.

The company was very efficient, from initial enquiry to the installation which was completed within the stated time. Quality of work was excellent.

Both the PV staff and installtion crew were very professional and great to deal with. The crew arrived in the morning and completed the installtion by 4pm. The system is working well and pumping energy into my home and the grid. Great company.

Got solar panels from PV generation last year and couldn’t be happier. From the initial consultation right through the whole process they were so nice, professional, and thorough that I can’t recommend them enough. Despite the circumstances everything was done to perfection. I especially want to mention Laura, as I did pester her a bit, but she was always swift and friendly in sorting the issues out. Also, I should mention Margaret as well but all the team from start to finish were excellent. TOP CLASS FRIENDLY COMPANY!!

I was recommended by someone so I called and had a quotation, then spoke to to Eoin, who was so helpful and explained everything that gave me the answer, yes I will go ahead. From the time the installers arrived and fitted with great expertise and great customer service I would recommend PVGEN 100% which I have done to a couple of friends. Well done Eion and your team.

We recently got 6 panels installed on our house roof, as we think that amount suits us, but have been advised we can add on more panels later on, if required. Loads of questions have been asked by us, and all have been answered. Great advice given. Fellas who came to house on installation day, were very professional and tidy. Girls in the office are great to deal with also.

I got a 16 panel 5,3kw system fitted east and west facing on my shed roof. The men fitting were very efficient and professional all done in one day. In 3 weeks it has produced 550kwh. 100 euros worth feed back to the grid. I believe it to be a very good investment better pay back then the banks.
