Team 15 installed our upgrade of 10 solar panels. They were totally professional Went through the workings of both the solar panel system & Eddi. Set up app on my phone and explained the workings of same. The lads were on time, friendly, and left both our home garden and garage in a clean state. Excellent service. Once again happy with Activ8 very professional company .

Dealing with the people who actually came to the property, (sales, survey, installation) was 5 Stars. They all knew their briefs, were very informed. Delivered their part of the process very efficiently. The office end of the process was disappointingly poor! To the point where i nearly cancelled the installation! No follow-ups, no notification as to when the installation would commence! Very poor follow up on query Phone calls. 3 Stars From initial contact (Sales) through survey, to full installation was approximately 10-11 weeks. Hence the 4 Star Rating!

If I could rate this company 10 stars I would. The service from sales, surveying, installation and customer care so far has been so professional and highly competent. I am really impressed with the app also. I highly recommend using Activ8 especially with a buyback rate of 29.5c per KWh for two years if you switch to SSEairtricity (partnership). That was the option I went for out of three options. My only regret is, I did not get solar panels before now. Keep up the great work and service.

The sales person, surveyor & all the installation staff were top class. Very professional installation staff. All the work was completed to a very high standard. Arrived on time and left the house spotless.

The team arrived on time. They were coordinated, efficient and polite. They knew what to do and were happy to answer all my questions patiently. I am delighted with my installation, which started working straight away and I can follow all the savings on the app which I can check wherever I am.

From first visit of the Activ8 salesman to the survey and planning and finally the installation everything went very satisfactory. Team 15 and Paul arrived after 8 and job completed by 4.30, We are very happy with the workmanship and you would never know they were in the house.

Workers were polite and helpful and adaptive to what we wanted .There was a problem with the eddy in relation to Wi-Fi and the app on our phone which has not been resolved yet

Good experience from sales to completion. Good communications and good explanation of what was required. When coming on site the work was executed well and professional and the team was good to explain the system and was completed neatly. Overall great experience.

Our experience with Activ8 energies was superb from start to finish. Simon the initial guy who came to access our house was brilliant to the engineer who then came to set up everything . The fitters were the hardest working guys who worked tirelessly the whole day and completed the work leaving everything as it was before they came. Everything happened as was arranged and on time . Couldn’t praise the company enough

The Activ8 pre-installation prep & planning was detailed. The installation team arrived on time and were all friendly, competent & tidy! The impact was evident even before the crew left, with "free" electricity powering our home😃 Activ8 has been a great company to deal with. The staff were well trained & courteous, all of our questions or concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly, and the installed system has so far been performing exactly as expected.👌🏼

The team arrived early and worked for a long day without any fuss or too much disruption. Kevin was very helpful in answering any questions and providing tips on using the solar PV system which I found insightful and useful. Michael (for survey) was also extremely diligent and helpful. Everything was handled in a very professional way. The team that installed the system was excellent, no mess everything cleaned and hoovered before leaving, and so far I’m happy the way everything is working.

Work is done in a timely manner, efficient with very minimum disruption to our home. As working from home, important that it wouldn't disrupt us for too long a period, . Work began early in the morning around 730 mark, but all done, finished by lunchtime. Extremely tidy and clean. It will take time to reap the benefits but already a noticeable difference in the hot water.

I was kept well informed by well informed people from initial contact to installation. No question unanswered. Did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Admin team excellent also. Whole installation completed in a day. Thanks.

From initial contact, survey and installation I found the team at Activa8 a pleasure to deal with. The installation was done to a very high standard and my house was left spotless. There was always someone I could talk to if I had a query. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough.
