Activ8 delivered exactly as planned, promised and anticipated. They completed the installation and explained in two videos exactly how to operate the system. They did all the paperwork on compliance, grants etc. It would be difficult to believe that any other solar panel provider could come near their operational and organisatiomnal competence.

We were very happy, they arrived on time and got the job done. They also took time to explain the solar panels.

Team arrived at 0820 and immediately set to work. Scaffolding constructed for roof access. Frames put on roof for 9 panels (string1: five panels, string2: 4 panels). Simultaneously work started in attic on invertor and battery and in hot press on EDDI. Throughout the installation, the team kept us in the loop and clearly explained the functions and workings of the system. As each sub-team finished, again they reinforced their "lessons" and went through functions and lessons emphasizing safety features and encouraging us to make contact with Activ8 to clarify system information before leaving. The last members of the team finished at 16:30 and we were generating 1.8kW on an October late afternoon at the start of our solar journey. I would highly recommend Activ8 to anyone planning to join the solar future.

Installers arrived at appointed time and completed their installation in three and a half hours. They were both professional and helpful and extremely knowledgeable and their work was neat and tidy.

Very happy with the professionalism shown by the installers, system fully explained post installation. Early days yet to get full appreciation of the benefits, as not best time of year for solar , already getting full water heating. It's imperative to stagger the use of appliances to get the best efficiency from the panels. All looking very positive to date

From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure having these lads installing my solar panels. Johnny and his team worked quickly efficiently and cleaned up after themselves from there arrival before 8am. I would highly recommend.

Very satisfying with active 8 on installation But the statement prior to a big build up for having a risk assessment and scaffold put up.and all it was two roofers with two ladders. The unnecessary emails and phone calls about final payment is definitely a put off.

Guys were extremely courteous and performed a really neat installation under difficult conditions.
