Very professional and friendly team. Top range panels,inverters and batteries. Explained everything.Did the job in few hours.Cleaned after themselves.

They arrived on time and got to work immediately. They worked very effectively and quickly, never even stopped for a break, great workers. The reason I marked them down a star is I walked in on a young lad cleaning down my worktops with my outdoor sweeping brush. Also the stairs to the attic were disconnected, that's not the problem, the fixture was pulled to the side and knocked out of kilture, took my husband all day to fix it. The floors were filthy from big boots going through the house all day, probably to be expected we live in the country and most men don't know how to clean their feet on mats. The tech guy was brilliant and explained everything so clearly, recommend getting the app. All in all a very good experience with Active 8.

The gentlemen were truly amazing. They came on time, were helpful and tied up after them. They left my home the way they found it. The company should be so proud to have such fine advocate for your work. I would truly delighted to recommend your company to any of my family and friends.

From my initial enquiry to the day of installation all communication with Active8 was clear and informative. All appointments with sales and site survey engineer personel were conveyed to us well in advance and occured at the designated times. The installation team were very professional and efficient. All work was carried out safely and all work areas were left in spotless condition. The operation of the PV system was explained to us in a clear manner and any questions we had were answered.

They arrived on time & all very polite & got on with the job to hand. Completed in about 4 hours. Cleaned up after & went through what was done. Explained clearly & if I have any problems to get back to them. Looking forward to saving some money on electricity!! Thank you very much.

The whole process was very efficient from first contact to installation. On the day of the installation, the team sought the best solution for us for the cables and all of the work was neat and tidy. They spent time with us to ensure that we fully understood the system.

I am really happy with the solar panel. Installation was very quick and tidy. Solar panel are performing as expected for the winter. However there was almost 2 month delay between the agreed installation date and the actual installation. But all staffs were always courteous and we were made aware of delay in a timely manner.

Every step of the process went smoothly. Staff were very friendly and professional.

Excellent job from start to finish. Had 16 panels installed with the 'Eddi' for hot water. Team had job done in 4hrs 10 minutes and left the area clean. Would highly recommend them. App that comes with package is brilliant, shows you an accurate reading of how much electricity you are generating and using.

I was very pleased with the installation of the solar panels. Some changes were necessary from the original plan. These were explained thoroughly to me and no work was carried out until I understood what was involved. The team of workers were very efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend Activ8 solar energy. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is due to the visit I had from the man who came and made the original plan. He was abrupt and impatient and did not listen.

From first contact with the sales team everything went well very informative and gave us all the information on the system also excellent support from the office kept us up to date, install date went like clockwork team arrived at 8am and all completed by 1pm and up and running

from the get go the rep ( Kyle ) was verry helpful and informative on the day the of installation the team arrived on time 8am. verry polite and informative they got stuck in and were finished by 2pm. and left no mess so far we are verry happy with result
