Installation team were very efficient and had the job completed in 6 hours with little or no fuss. Any dealings with the office were dealt with very professionally and promptly.

One slick operation and we were very impressed with the professional manner that both the office and each of the team carried out the installation. Arrived 8.00 am and finished 2.30pm Every part of the process was explained and all was checked to be sure it was aok to commence. after the install was complete we were walked through where everything was and how to identify any potential problems. They also set up the Solis cloud app on my phone. We could not fault team11!! We now just need a bit of time to familiarise ourselves with the Systemto get the best out of it. Everything was left neat and tidy as if they wern't there.

Job done effectively, clear explanation and cleaned up afterwards

We paid Activ8 Energies €23,191 to install solar panels and batteries. The Activ8 BER Assessor Eric Dolan downgraded our home from a B2 to C1 after the panels were installed!! Activ8 Energies did not calculate the U values for our home correctly. As a result they devalued the market price of our property and charged us €23,191 for the privilege. We are pursuing all avenues to ensure this won't happen to other customers.

Panels were ordered, and there was a long wait until next contact was made, also instalation date was moved out further than first agreed and in this time circumstances as well as the cost of living ment the project was no longer an option, although activ8 agreed they failed to refund for weeks after date and when refund was sent they took €1000 for Notting because they did Notting. It was my mother inlaws house. If you want I will send screen shot of all the made up charges, it's under miss mcinerney.

Very efficient install. Arrived on time. Explained functions and apps. Very good experience. Admin during the 6 month waiting period was a little slow to respond and took several emails and calls to get information updated, hence 4 rather than 5 stars

The system works well even in March. Installation crew could not have been better.

From first contact with Activ8 I felt in goods hands. Administration advised me of each representatives visit, the name of person visiting and how long it would take. All arrived on time, explained what they were doing, were friendly and courteous. Any questions I had were answered. Adele Lawler

Very professional installation, everything was checked and rechecked, everything was explained fully and all questions were answered to total satisfaction. Installation took 6 to 7 hours (as advised) Activ8 Team arrived on schedule and left everything in perfect condition. Would recommend highly.

Very professional service from start to finish (assessment through to installation) However, I would have loved to be able to see my KW consumption as promised by the technician, only to call customer service and be told my installation doesn't have that service!!
