The process went smoothly from start to finish with zero issues. Installation looks great and was completed in a few hours. Everything is working great with no issues. Overall, I could'nt rate this service highly enough and a great company to deal with.

Activ8 arrived on time, carried out a most professional job in a timely and efficient manner. Courteous and helpful. The overall system installed looks fantastic and is working 100% as I expected. From start to finish we had a very positive experience with this company. They were informative, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. In a world where it is increasingly difficult to avoid the automated fields, they have not forgotten the human touch. One star deducted simply as felt could have received a little more help in exploring the Eddi App initially (- for those of us not technically minded), however when I rang with some questions they were more than helpful with explaining things, taking plenty of time, I never felt rushed and came away feeling confidant.

Excellent!! I am delighted that my neighbour recommended Active 8. Every stage in the process was taken at my pace. Every facet was fully and clearly explained to me and so I felt really assured that I was doing the right thing with a proffessional organisation. Initially, I dealt with sales. Then the surveyor came and agreed all of the construction detail with me. Finally, the installation team arrived exactly on time, discussed fully the process with me and installed the panels with electrical support system within five hours. Just wonderful and thank you to my neighbour for the recommendation.

The service level and responsiveness are the best I have experienced in a long time. Paper work dealt with by Active 8. Appointments times were met. The fitting only took half a day.

The whole process was so well managed. The survery visit to the house were carried out by a very pleasant young man. The installation could not have been smoother. They arrived, got o. With the job amd cleaned up after themselves. They were all very pleasant, respectful and informative young men.

A great efficient service arrived early, cleaned up after themselves. Explained how the apparatus works. Love the app shown so I know what energy I'm using and what's going to the grid. Great to see what draws the most energy. I love knowing it's costing me nothing now to use the dishwasher or the washing machine even boiling the kettle. I'm actually looking forward to seeing my next electricity bill. That's not something most of us can say lately.

They were very efficient installing the panels and worked very quickly. They explained everything very well. They had the job done in one day.Everything working perfectly since.Loads of hot water and sending electricity back to the grid all good.

The Personnel That are Employed By Active 8 Are excellent , From The Office Staff . The Sale Person . The Engineers That Installed The Panels The Technical Staff that did all electrical applications and the thorough instruction on how the system operates. was very efficient May I compliment Active 8.

Paid deposit/applied for grant first day waited for approx 2 months for a survey a suitable location could not be located to install system now we have to cancel the system, cancel our grant application and wasted two months waiting for someone to tell us a suitable location could not be located I would suggest one to study all aspects of solar panels carefully Now we have to try and get our hard earned deposit back 0-10 for this experience
