Really efficent, on date on instalation the team arrived on time. They team was splits into 3 functional groups, and worked in parallel to complete the instal of panels, battery, all electrics, inverter etc. All work was completed to highest standard and clean up done when required. One member explained how everything worked and talked us through the App. All works completed by end of day. Really positive experience.

Very professional standards in work and service

I found the process fuss free, from the free initial survey and then the hassle free contract sign up and grant application. With the engineer visit and system proposal to the installation of the system been hassle free. The wait time for the installation

Installation was fast and efficient. Only issue is that we could have benefited from a bit more information on the workings of the system. I was in and out if the house running errands but it would have been helpful if the team arranged a formal time to give information before they left the site.

Great service and excellent staff. Job was done ahead of schedule and was kept updated along the way. Install team were efficient and clean. Would definitely recommend this company.

Our Installation Experience The team was in time and friendly. They were knowledgeable and reassuring. Everything was taken care of and anything we needed to learn was patiently explained and repeated if necessary. They were very professional.

Activ8 personnel are reliable. Came to do the initial survey promptly. I was given a time frame when the solar panels will be installed and they came through. The support is great as well. I called and the issue was resolved promptly.

Fantastic service from start to finish so professional both with communication and installation

Left trap doors in bathroom and kitchen open finer glass on floor and worktop in kitchen . Instruction how to use very short and sweet told to play with to learn . Can get hot water to work . The plus found a electric fault and fixed it .In and out in 3hours .

Very positive in general - excellent, helpful salesman; courteous, thorough engineer when he visited; professional, mannerly and helpful installation team particularly the man in charge and the two lads helping with the electrics; impressed with the health & safety features of the installation. Two negative comments: - A lot of nails and slate nails (up to 20) left in the grass below the panel installation; - I found the second office call regarding payment method on Monday July 31st very pushy and off putting to the extent that I considered cancelling the order. But overall glad we got the job done with Activ8 and would recommend them.
