After doing a bit of research on the solar panel providers in my area I was very interested in getting more information and speaking to a technical sales person from activ8, there are some great reviews for their product. However, I was told when contacting the company that the initial meeting could only happen with both myself and my husband present. As i explained my husband travels for work, would find it very difficult to be present for this but he is very happy to delegate the task to me! This was not satisfactory to the activ8 employee who told me she would call again in a couple of weeks to make an appointment with both of us! She also asked for some odd personal information such as age… not sure how this aids the sales process? Pity, I was keen to find out more but this interaction has left me looking elsewhere..

Good communication

Excellent team arrived exactly on time on Friday morning last.. most unobtrusive and careful as they installed the panels.. work completed in three and a half hours. We were most impressed with their professionalism and everything was explained to us clearly and concisely.

First of all David the Sales Rep was great at explaining everything we needed to know. The installers were so pleasant, helpful and respectful of our house/home. Very neat, clean and tidy workers. Overall very happy to recommend this company.

The journey was so smooth from start to finish and it was seamless. It was from day one a great pleasure in dealing with the team from the first person to the last. They also took care of all the paperwork even for the grant and they kept us updated on each step by calling us each time.

Activat8 is a very efficient company and it's workers both on the site and in the office are extremely helpful. Very highly recommended. The entire process went very smoothly from start to finish.

The company was easy to deal with and helpful from beginning to finally getting the panels up. The staff arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. I was told by the salesman how long it would take and he was so right.

When we meet with your company sales person they did not explain the full technical aspects of the product and lead people to believe that the system was a full 4kw system and not a 3.8kw system with a 3kw inverter and did not explain the level of output of the system it has not performed as expected and is given low output levels. So look very carefully before you invest in this type of system we are not happy with the installation. So do your homework before you invest.
