The team arrived on time and started working immediately Explaining exactly what had to be done When the work was complete everything was left neat and tidy and explained how how system worked

I always wanted to have solar panels, but I though that I can't afford it. I didn't have much hope when I clicked in one of the add on social media and it took me to Activ8. I agreed the visit of sales representative and Robert made my dream come true. He provided me with a lot of information and calculations that showed me that it's not that expensive and makes a lot of sense financially. The Company helped with financing, all paperwork was done for me, I just needed to wait for installation. The Team came on time, was super efficient and after 5 hours it was all done and dusted. They left the place spotless, installed all apps on my phone and explained how to use them. The panels installed are really aesthetic - no white lines on them, no parts or cables visible. I'm really grateful that I was lucky enough to deal with Robert, installers team and all in the company - they are all professional, kind, patient and efficient experts in their areas. I will definitely recommend them to everybody!

Very professional service and very friendly staff

Service was excellent right through the installation.

3 vans arrived well on time. Guys got to work asap on array construction , mounting enclosures, inverter etc, installing cables etc. Attention to detail very evident. Done and dusted by 7 pm. Very satisfied so far.

Great company to deal with. Explained in detail each stage of the project. On the installation day, Alan and his team done an excellent, professional job in horrendous conditions. They arrived on the dot at the agreed time, had the system fully commissioned and up an running flawlessly, several hours later. Great job.

We found the crew who installed our 7solar panels,to be most helpful and left everything clean and tidy,we would highly recommend Active 8 to all friends and family.Not forgetting Robert your sales representative,he was very helpful and no questions went unanswered, he was always available by mobile if we had any queries.

Did not enjoy the experience with the administration (office). Work carried out by crew installing the panels excellent, everything explained to me In detail.

System was installed in July. Was not the cheapest system I got quoted for however my neighbour had them installed and he seemed happy and they looked like a professional company so I decided to go with them anyways. Install team came and needed a cherrypicker to access my roof. Totally acceptable. However cherry picker was drove into lawn and sunk. Again I understand this but no effort was made at repair but I was just happy to have my panels in. Day 1 breaker trips and miss my first day of generating. Thought Notting off it so just figured I'd push the breaker up and away we go. Worked for a few weeks then every morning it was tripping .so I ring actv8 who have me running up and down to the attic problem faulting. Few days later it happens again so I ring and they tell me they'll be out in 3-4 weeks or when they have someone in the area....I accept this but think I'm losing out on alot of lost electricity here. So last Thursday my wife gets the call a technician will be here on Friday morning at 8. So I take the day of work to be home...no technician and no call...so now I'm sitting here in work checking the app and as I was gone before the sun was up today and tripped the switch and looking at all the PV power I'm missing out on. This is my personal experience. Just googled them there and see them expanding into Scotland...if they could send someone to me first and fix thier faulty equipment would be appreciated

Do not clean up after themselves. Replaced immersion switch, which necessitated drilling the wall, I was not asked to cover/remove items from the hot press as a result I had to wash sheets and other items

I recently have had solar panels installed. The workers arrived at 8 am and worked tirdelessy util 3pm when the work was completed. They were very professional and I am very happy with the work that was carried out. I am very happy to recommend this company.
