Thought the salesman Gerry was very informative and very good. The installation team were very good, our job was a little complicated as it was 3 phase power supply. But all in all it all got done, I'm deducting one star as nobody has called me since they were here to see how we are managing the system. We have some questions but couldn't get through the other day. We were promised a 20% return but we don't know how to go about that.

Dealing with a company that's been around for nearly 20 years and knowing that they will be there to look after me for the next 25 years.

From the onset the salesman was very informative and helpful with my enquiries. Then the office staff kept me in the loop about my installation day ,the process and applying for the full grant ( which I got ). The day of installation was fun 😜 as all the staff installing were humourous,eager to inform me of the step by step process and extremely friendly and beyond tidy . I would have not known that they were there were it for the fact that the panels were the proof of their work . I can't thank the entire team for their professionalism and hard work enough. Slow to get an appointment for installation, but once I had that everything went very smoothly.

The people who installed the solar panels were very very professional, there was no mess and everything that needed to be explained was explained on the day and that if I had further inquiries I could contact the company for further details.

Solar Panel installation. Active8 From our first meeting with Shay we felt at ease due to the fact there was no hard sell. shay went through the whole process from start to finish. All our queries were dealt with in a very honest and open way. The survey and installation teams were a pleasure to deal with. All our dealings with Active8 have been a pleasure . Very quick and efficient installation of solar panels.

The lads who did the installation were efficient and tidy as well as being personable, the job was done in a timely fashion and with very little fuss. Once the installation was complete the necessary apps were installed for myself and my wife on both phones and instructions on how to use them were clearly given. The service provided was excellent.

The whole process was quick and efficient from quotation to installation. Regular contact kept us informed all the way.

Explained the Solar Panel installation process clearly - set a timeline & stuck to it. Arrived promptly and completed all tasks on the agreed date. All grant paperwork completed by Activ8 so just waiting on BER certificate. All staff extremely friendly and courteous - fantastic that they also cleaned up everywhere they worked when job completed - happy to recommend them.

Very fast work, very tidy work, helpful guys who took the time to explain what was going on. And good after sales service if we need it. Very satisfied all round.
