Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was fantastic to all appointments from sales, pre installation to delivery on the day.

The team that fitted the panels were courteous and efficient and did a tidy job. An error measuring the available roof space meant we had to lose two panels for whuch we obviously received a refund. Slight delay in the fitting and the weather hasn't been good since they were fitted so we haven't seen much by way of generation yet but hopefully with brighter days we'll see savings.

An excellent, professional and efficient service. Would recommend Activ8 . A great company to deal with.

Recently had solar panels installed and would highly recommend. From start to finish everything explained well and very accommodating to fitting installation around our timetable. Installation was much quicker than I expected and special mention to the engineers on the day. Very detailed explanation of the whole system and answered my questions in good detail too no matter how silly they may have seemed :-)

The whole process was very efficient from sign up to installation. Staff were courteous and helpful.

A very enthusiastic hard working team of installers. Especially Sean who was exceptional very unusual to encounter a young worker who was so focused and capable. A huge asset to Active 8

Great communication at all stages from Activ8. The Team that did the installation - Niall and Keelan - were top class. Not a spec of dust to be seen anywhere. Niall was superb, took me through the system and related apps after install was completed.

I was impressed with the speed and efficient way that the installation team worked. The system was installed a lot quicker than I expected (~4 hours). We have already experienced the benefits of the system with hot water and a small number of kWs (4.5kW) fed back to the grid. I'm expecting wonders during the summer months!!!

They were very quick and efficient and friendly. Kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up as much as possible after themselves. They were very informative and ran through the whole process with me and made sure I understood every3before they left.

Installation date slipped quite a bit from what was quoted and actual installation date but quality of installation was top notch. Also, having all the paperwork taken care of by Activ8 was great.

When they came to do the job they were in and out in a few hours. They left everything as they found it. No mess left, you wouldn't even know they'd been. Also the workings of it was explained very well. I dropped a star because from the time we paid the deposit until the installation was quite long. We had expected to have the job done sooner.

We didn't have to do anything.The team were very quick and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They even set up the app on my phone.Couldnt have been better.Thanks lads.Ann Forde

Very good team. The house and surroundings were spotless when they were finished.

Great experience from start to finish, Activ8 energy made it so easy as they do most of it for you. Love my solar panels a lot , And all I do is check the app to see how much energy I have before I use an appliance.

the price range quoted was high in comparison to others. 14k for 7kw is high comnpared to other quotes i have for other projects. service and electrician were very nice and professiona.. intiial advice to put panels on two sides of roof (which was probably ill advised) were not followed through on the day, which was fine by us, but no one told us.
