Excellent installation and support afterwards. System is working very well.

A seamless installation by a polite, professional team who arrived on the hour as promised and didn't leave so much as a splinter or screw behind. PV Generation have been accessible and patient throughout our PV journey and their original in person survey gave us informed and managed expectations. In our second year with photovoltaic, we now know how to interface with our free supply year round to reap the best possible results from the system. A bald roof is a wasted roof!

PV Generation is honestly a fantastic company to have dealt with from start to finish. From the sales consultant to the girls in the office who answered all of my questions with ease, and the lads who came to fit my system were extremely quick and tidy at their job and a pleasure to deal with. Now more than ever in the hard times of a lockdown I am enjoying my free electricity.

Great team from start to finish. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The workmen who flitted the panels we clean and quick.

From the initial enquiry to final sign off post installation, my expericence with PV Generation has been top class. I had received 3 seperate quotations and eventhought PV Generation were not the cheapest, I proceeded with them due to a review on the equipment used and also due to professional service provided by the inital sales personal. Thankly this held up all way throught from site surveyor to the crews that landed onsite this week. They were all very pleasant, worked hard all day and handover that evening was seemless with all waste and debrie cleared from my house on completion. So very happy with product and service provided.

Highly recommended. From I decided to install the solar panels right up until the installation, Our experience was excellent. This relates to the complete team. The level of service and commu cations was excellent. This relates to the initial survey , layout of the panels ( Noel) management Mark and overalm management ( Joe Garvin). Sales service by Yvonne, Electrical installation by Gearoid, Roof management by Mark. Highly recommended

From the initial meeting with the sales rep Adrian to the final installation in February 2023 everything went to plan. The installers were informative and answered any questions put to them. I have had a few problems since after installing the Harvi and the one grievance I would have is that the staff seem to move to other sections or move on so it is quite difficult to have to start all over again with problem. Last time it took nearly six months to resolve which isn’t good enough given the price they cost.

I was availing of a Farm Grant to instal a PV system on my dairy farm and found PV Gen very professional to deal with from the first contact with their sales dept. My instal was a drawn out process because we had to wait for grant approval. Once that was in place the instal date was fixed and took two days. The instal crew were very efficient and talked me through the workings of the system. I had an issue with the system that took a few weeks to resolve and everything had worked very well since. All the paperwork was submitted by PV Gen for the grant and I have received the payment

From start to installation the whole process was made easy by everyone we dealt with. On the day of installation 2 crews arrived, got on with the work required were very willing with questions asked of them. When panels were fitted one crew left leaving very evidence they were even there. Installation was completed by second crew and when finished you would hardly know they were there they tidied up so well. Would have no problem recommending them

Very good customer service, but would like to have more real on the ground attention given to my panels issue instead of remote sencing.

I have my solar panels since February and while there were a few communication glitches at the beginning, the overall experience was excellent. I was surprised that installation took a mere 3.5 hours and all the guys that showed up were extremely pleasant and informative at all times and were very tidy. I am extremely happy with how my panels are working and the app helps me see daily how much I am saving while helping the environment too. It is a win win for me and I think everyone should get solar panels.

From start to finish PV Gen were efficient knowledgeable and professional. Each stage of the process was well explained and the fitting day went seamlessly. the Fitters and electricians were very tidy…..I would be very happy to recommend PV Gen

PV Generation Ltd installed Solar Panels for us in March 2024. The crew of 6 arrived on the appointed day 3 installers and 3 electricians, they were very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this company as they are easy to deal with as regards before and after sales service.

Got my solar panels in June. Met with rep Tony whom I was more than impressed with ; explained all and was not overpowering like some reps can be : very understanding . Once ww made our choice to go ahead all went well . The chaps arrived and worked away outside on the roof ; then the electrical chaps came . They were so neat and tidy ; and have to shout to the young apprentice 4yr I think seemed to do most the work in attic and then cleaned up everything with no hassles.; and explained all about the app to me once he downloaded onto my phone . They were most professional I have to say . Highly recommend Trish

There are lots of suppliers out there but i was referred PV gen by a friend. The team was very responsive to my initial request and to subsequent people that i referred to them. The workmanship was top quality, i just wish i had more roof space :-)

Pv Generation were great to deal with no hassle no Messing just got the job done from start to finish 👌. Ronan was the rep I was dealing with and I must say was a pleasure and had all the ans to my questions 🙂.

The installation went on as foreseen: the electrician was here first, then they came for the panels and they quickly went on to the roof to position them. Since then, no issues and production has been progressing and lowering my bill

Great experience with PVgen and the sales guy Tony D, they are great communicators and dont try and needlessly upsell you. My bills have gone from 450 every 2 months to 50!
