We had attic pull down ladder and flooring done with O'Meara. Excellent job and a good price. its one of the best things i did with house, makes the attic so much more accessible . very clean work too, the place was spotless when they left. i even had them back a year later to floor some more. highly recommend

O'Meara Aspect Design called to my home to install an attic ladder a couple of months ago. I had paid a deposit of 100 euro which was to be deducted from the final cost once installed. When the lads called to install , it transpired that it was not possible to proceed as too many joists would have to be cut which would have has structural issues. They did increase the size of my attic opening for me (which was extremely small) by cutting a joist and the ceiling plasterboard, at my request. I was delighted to have this done as it saved me a job and had to be done anyway. I was quite happy to forgo the deposit I had paid as the lads had done this task for me (and very neatly I might add). I was later contacted by O'Meara indicating that they were going to refund my deposit as it had not been possible to install the attic ladder. I explained that I did not expect a refund as work had been done for me but they said that as they could not install the attic ladder, they would refund my deposit. What a decent company to deal with. If I require any work to be done in the future which O'Meara Aspect and Design can deal with, I will definitely be contacting them. Jamie and his team were great to work with. We had new floors put in, the house painted, a bathroom remodeled and a new kitchen installed. During the entire process, his team were responsive to our questions and concerns, even being agreeable to add on some smaller tasks that came up as the work was carried out. They worked quickly and efficiently, delivering a home that we are extremely proud of (and at a good price as well!). I would happily ask them to do more work in our house given the high quality work they've done for us.

I have absolutely no hesitation recommending O’Meara Aspect Design. Jamie & his team (the crew on the ground & the office team) were highly professional, good humoured and absolutely respectful. Nothing was too much trouble and the flexibility shown when plans had to change made the whole process hassle free. I’m delighted with the results & would highly recommend OAD to anyone considering having building work/repairs done.

I was fortunate enough a number of years back to find Jamie and his crew. They have worked with me on many projects over the years and have been exceptional to deal with. My most recent project - a garden upgrade - was undertaken when I was away. I was extremely happy with the job and was blown away by how the place was left by them. If you want a truly professional job done then OAD is my only recommendation.

OAD did a wonderful job, in the time agreed and for the amount quoted. The work was great quality and we were 100% confident in workers themselves who were very easy to talk to and very helpful in explaining and giving advice. I would easily use them again and recommend them.

We are delighted with the work carried out by OAD. Jamie was excellent at the planning stage, helping us adapt our plans to match our budget. Then our start date arrived and a great team of builders, carpenter, plasterers, electrician and plumber came in, worked hard and completed our project on time and on budget. Additionally, we were very pleased with any snagging work that was carried out after which was done promptly and expertly. I have encountered cowboys in my time and what a pleasure to finally have some work done within my home by a company who is 💯 % responsive in their work from start to finish. The customer service onset was quick, knowledgeable and transparent in costs. The gentleman who came to do the work also carried the same customer service attitude as the office customer care. I had my attic flooring space done and a new attic hatch and ladder, I was concerned they would not be able to move around the right space in attic. Nothing was too much trouble for the two guys who arrived. A big Thankyou to them!! There was a slight delay in time for arrival and O Meara, Jenny from their office rang. I would rate this company 💯 %. I don’t normally do reviews but when I finally meet professional people who earn the money your paying. I feel it’s the least I can do. Thankyou O Meara construction company!!

This is our second time with Jamie and the team and once again they exceeded our expectations. We had a cramped double bedroom with no storage for two teenagers and it’s now spacious with ample storage. Jamie was able to see beyond the issues we had and created an amazing end result. No only that but the quality and service provided from start to finish were excellent. The team were extremely professional with great attention to detail resulting in excellent craftsmanship. While the team were in our home we felt safe and comfortable which is a rarity with any tradesmen we’ve experienced. This business is a rare find and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’m already thinking a head to our next project.

Super service, artic floor installed, light up, and new door with gold away ladder etc all done in a couple of hours. My attic space wasn’t straight forward but the team worked around it with brilliant results. Thanks so much. Highly recommend.

I dealt with Claire and Pat and had a great experience from start to finish. We had an unusual attic stairs refitting in an old home and they completed with minimum fuss after others had refused the job. End product was excellent and they left without a trace! Would definitely contact them for other projects in the future after this. Thanks!

O'Meara Aspect Design carried out a new build on our existing home. All work was carried out in a timely and efficient time frame. Both Jamie and his team are super easy to work with, with all concerns and changes they worked along side us and never let us down. Even my obsession with straight lines never threw them! They are more than a pleasure to deal with with no hidden extras! I have no hesitation in recommending them for any work you need carried out. I for one am looking forward to our next project!

Fantastic service from beginning to end. From 1st call, to inspection to installation it was hassel free. Everyone we dealt it was warm and welcoming and very well informed.

Also wardrobes in 2 rooms & new flooring & alcove units in sitting room. All workers were on time, tidy, very polite & pleasant & work completed is to a high standard. It was a pleasure having Barney, Pat and all men in our house. It was great to have the project managed by someone who organised plumber, electricians etc. I would highly recommend O Meara aspect design.
