I dealt with five team members between booking a free consultation, measuring, installation and billing, and all were extremely friendly, courteous and professional. The installing team arrived on time and were in and out within four hours. They demonstrated the stairs and cleaned up after the work was completed. I am extremely happy with the work and would highly recommend O’Meara Aspect Holdings Ltd.

Jamie was recommended to me by a friend who had a complete house renovation done - and it was stunning. Seeing the quality of the work and how Jamie and the OAD team approached it was enough of a reason to look at our options. I wanted to get a small downstairs toilet built but instead we ended up doing a complete remodel of the first floor of the house and im so grateful that we did when subsequently, due to health issues, we needed all the space we could get. It couldn't have turned out better, it's absolutely beautiful and three years on, we can't believe we have this wonderful open, bright space that just works. Jamie's attention to detail and hard work ethic really paid off. It's incredible to think we got all of this done during the hard COVID times in 9 weeks in winter. He didnt let us down. The carpentry and finish was fantastic. His team are just great and fun while offering thoughts and advice along the way. The flexibility and openness to discussion was great especially on a very tight budget. We also were able to design a seperate home office built to highest standards in the garden. What a job he and the team did as you can see. This job was more than just a job for us....it transformed and made life easy for my family especially with mobility issues. I cannot recommend Jamie enough.

My overall experience with OMAH was excellent. Garrett and Ahmed did and super job in installing the attic stairs in a very small space and did amazing work on installing floors in the attic. The work was carried out to a very high standard. The lads are super friendly, knowledgable and gave excellent advice. They worked efficiently, expertly and were very tidy. Amanda and Liz in the office were very pleasant to deal with over the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for attic solutions.

O’Meara Aspect Design carried out some important renovations to our house where a previous rebuild from only six years back was causing serious plumbing and ventilation issues. Jamie was very responsive, sympathetic to our requirements and we agreed a detailed schedule of work and start date at a fair price. The team were highly professional, good humoured and worked efficiently with high quality. They made an immediate positive impression when they carefully laid down protective plastic seals over carpeting close to the works. Everyone was courteous and immediately responsive to any queries or concerns. In particular the lead builder Barney was excellent. He made several important helpful suggestions which we immediately agreed to and brought the quality of the final job to a much higher level. Looking at the quality of their work, we feel very fortunate in using O’Meara Aspect Design and are very happy to highly recommend them. You won’t regret it.

Very efficient...they said they'd arrive at 8am and were there a few minutes before...very punctual!The lads who fitted the stairs and floored the attic were sound and very tidy workers. They even hoovered up the place after themselves, with their own hoover!!! I was impressed. Definitely recommend this company.

Wayne, Conor, Jamie and all the team done an amazing job. Everything was finished to a high standard and they done exactly what we wanted with the house. They were extremely creative, efficient and skilled in their approach to the work. They were on time every day and worked tirelessly throughout the project. Never seen a better buncha builders! Thanks a million to all the O'Meara team. We're genuinely over the moon with everything and are very appreciative.

Came across OAD on instagram, I went through all the reviews (good reviews) on the company so I decided avail of the free assessment for my attic, I was looking for attic ladder and flooring to be done. The assessment with Pat was great and so much information on my attic space. Ten days later the job was carried out which was yesterday. The price for attic ladder, flooring and putting in attic light was very reasonable. The work yesterday was carried out in less then three hours. They arrived early and the work was brilliant. They hoovered and cleaned up after the work was conducted. Company was very easy to deal with and great communication throughout the process. I will be recommending your company to others and I will come back to you guys for further work on the house when the times comes. Thanks so much.

We had new attic stairs and 20 sq meters of flooring fitted. Company very easy to deal with arrived on time and cleaned up after works completed. Very satisfied with both work and product and would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Awful company to deal with. We contacted them after a recommendation but we've had nothing but a dreadful experience. We had a bathroom put in that leaked straight away, so we called them back and thought it was sorted. Turns out the leak had just moved and leaked into the sitting room about 18months later. After contacting them again, we had to pay for them to put new tiles and shower tray in. The leak continued and the lads were out about 5 times trying to sort it. However, the workmanship is dreadful. The shower screen was removed, and reinstalled with the old silicone still attached, and the grouting along the tiles of the shower was just siliconed over, trapping black mould underneath. I've had two other companies look at the broken floor tiles for advice, and both have said the floor was not levelled and tanked which is why the tiles have broken. What a huge disappointment and waste of time & money.

I recently had an attic package deal fitted by the team at O Mearas consisting of timber ladder ,flooring and light. The lads arrived early and had everything done in 4 hours! The work was perfect and they left the area spotless and Pat of course was great fun as always ! I would highly recommend them the workmanship and competitive prices.

The work I have had done on my house recently has been absolutely incredible. The lads were lovely and easy to deal with and always arrived on time. I was given a date when work would start and it began exactly when agreed. Thank you to all staff from O'Meara's from the office and to everyone that came and completed the work There will be no doubt that I will have O'Meara's back to do more work with me in the future .

Had an attic stairs and floor installed by O’Meara Aspect Design and couldn’t fault them from start to finish. Prices are upfront and transparent and booking is easy. Pat and David were so lovely, did an amazing job and left the place spotless. Pat even sang a wide variety of songs while working - a personal highlight was “Memories” from Cats the musical. 5/5 for both the job and the singing!

Twice in the last few years we have availed of Jamie's business to install fitted furniture in two of our rooms. Jamie's team listened exactly to what we wanted and on both occasions we were delighted with the finished results. We would happily use their skills and services if needed in the future again. On a personal note, the team were so lovely to deal with and Pat in particular was an absolute tonic whose wonderful company we enjoyed so much.

After reading the reviews, I decided to try this company to have my attic ladder and floor installed. They delivered exceptional service, with Ella managing the back office and Pat/Dave out doing excellent work, on schedule, explaining to us how to open/close the attic stairs and what was done, all at a reasonable price without compromising workmanship. They were also such pleasant personalities. A promise to Pat, I will give a 5 star plus plus!

We used OAD to carry out a renovation of a house we had bought. Jamie was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and provided advice and suggestions when asked. Everyone from the company was polite,courteous and did their work to a high standard. We were very happy with the final result and we would highly recommend this company for any work you may need them to undertake.

Super service, very professional, efficient and reliable and friendly. They did a super job refitting a wardrobe and putting insulation and air vent and treating wall for mold. They definitely know their trade and do a really great job. Recommend without hesitation.

Just had David and a colleague complete an attic floor and ladder to support internal storage. From initial contact the company were clear and quick to communicate with me. The lads arrived on time as expected and the standard of workmanship and cleanlyness was top notch. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for similar work. Will use again.

We found the booking process via Instagram very easy. The office arranged a date and the fitting was arranged for the following week. David and Alan were excellent, good humoured and did a tidy job. If I ever need another attic stairs - O'Meara will be my first phone call.
