Worst experience. Never refunded for the faulty item. Completely disappointed with the store.

Well stocked shop but there's Always queues and never enough staff on the tills.

Shop has everything except helpful staff, I asked around but they did not know anything was a bit disappointing but after 25mins of looking I finally found what I wanted.

Went there today and was picking up a present i was doing click and collect and they said online they had it in stock.I was collecting it and they said it is not in stock.So much of customer service.

Not very helpful when dealing with vouchers

Friendly and helpful staff at the collections counter

Went to buy a kindle for going on hols unfortunately they didn't have them in stock.

Great choice, best price around,will be delivered 3 day's, job done.

Nice store with good selection of home accessories and tech devices.

Way overpriced... Staff either pushy or not giving a rat's butt but no in between and often not knowledgeable. Choice is also very limited.I wouldn't really recommend such a place unless they are on sales or for TVs... That, they have plenty!

Excellent service from knowledgeable and helpful staff. No ambiguity about anything, straightforward answers and assistance to the car.

Not enough trained staff. The one non-manager on the floor stayed with another customer the whole 20 minutes I was there, instead of managing more than one customer. And they only stock ink of the printers that are in stock.

Limited stocks of laptops, tablets. Busy customer service. Good range of TV
