I recently met with Ansar, an employee of EnergySmart, who completed an internal wall insulation survey for my house. Ansar was extremely professional and took the time to explain the whole process and patiently answer all my questions. The process was quick, easy, and overall the service was brilliant. I would highly recommend EnergySmart should anyone need a similar service.

arrived on time, ansar put my mind at rest as I was very worried about the survey. He was lovely and informed me step by step and showed the upmost respect whilst being in my property. I am looking forward to my new storage heaters, splendid young man. Very informative and proffesional.

ECO4 system: Work completed in a rushed manner and to a mediocre standard with quite a lot of corners cut and quality issues which I've only found out months later. I won't say Energysmart are any worse than most of these installers as they all do a low quality job and hope the customer doesn't notice all the damage (missing windowsills, broken floorboards, 6" holes in the attic for wind and mist to blow in through etc etc. The connectors of the solar panels hadn't even been screwed in, and were installed so wonky that it looks awful! (They've dropped 2 inches since, so I'm worried the mountings are not in properly). Definitely not happy, but again - I doubt any of the other companies would have done the job any differently, there's just no sense of quality workmanship in modern times so little choice in the matter. My advice: MAKE SURE YOU ARE THERE 24/7 WATCHING - so you don't get any bad surprises (like they drill an 8" hole in your living room wall and just leave it - to let in "ventilation" without having asked you first).

A BIG thank you to the two chaps who installed insulation in my living room and bedroom. (both walls were re-plastered also) They were both very professional, did an outstanding job, and were both very respectful of all my belongings and furniture. The job was completed to a very high standard, and all measures were taken to protect my own flat and the communal area shared by other residents. I would highly recommend these guys anytime. What a fantastic Company to do business with. From start to finish they were highly efficient, friendly and incredibly professional. I had the inside of all my property exterior walls Thermally Insulated in order to conserve existing energy and reduce the impact of future heating bills......and the result was instantly noticeable. I was kept well informed all the way along and I cannot praise the 3x man Installation Team highly enough - they were incredibly hardworking, focused and polite. Lee Walsh who organised everything is simply 'Awesome' and always went the extra mile to make sure everything was covered and along with Samantha they make a great team.

Had my property surveyed this morning and very pleased with the outcome, professional,reliable, and informative. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at having a more cost effective heating solution. Thank you guys.

Energy Smart, Energy Smart Eco, Eco Hub HQ just some of the multiple names this company goes by. But unfinished, low quality work is guaranteed by all of them. We had attempted work (as I can't say completed) in February, the IWI was installed, acceptable but a little rough around the edges as it was completed at a record pace. 3 bedroom house, lounge, utility, kitchen, bathrooms, dinning room and hallway in 3 DAYS! They were expected to complete in 2 days! We questioned when decoration and electrical work would be completed and no answer was given, I have my own maintenance and decoration company so an agreement was made that I would complete the decoration and electrical work for extractor fans, invoicing accordingly for work completed. I am still yet to have this invoice settled. And the extractor fans cannot be completed as the cowboys who fitted the IWI drilled through the internal wall to an air brick on the outer skin. But not completed the hole, the inner skin now has a hole in the wall which partially covers a square airbrick on the outer wall which needs to be rectified. Continual emails and phonecalls have been made but we still wait for the work to be fully completed and invoices paid for work completed. This is a total disgrace of a company, who received large sums of government back funding to complete this terrible works. Unfortunately, it is now the long process of raising this with small claims for the invoice sum and government claimants for Ofgem to see if this can be resolved by a 3rd party. Please please please do not consider using this company, however good they've made it sound it's a money grabbing, fraudulent company, drawing large sums of government funding for their own gain, with no accountability or self-respect to complete a job even to an acceptable level. I believe I've given them (10 months) more than enough time to contact me and rectify the works with no prevail.

Terrible company!!!! 5-7 working days install turns into an over 6 month’s nightmare, incorrect trades people sent not reading or seeing photos taken on assessments telling there contractors its a small job getting here ie fitting 2 radiators and actually its 10 with and air to heat source pump so not qualified enough to do this still waiting for outstanding work which includes a hole thats drilled on top floor for an extraction that hasn’t been fitted the weird thing is they sent an electrician to fit 2 but only wired the kitchen one new manager looked to turn things around but supposedly keeps forgetting to send WhatsApp messages Just a reminder this is for a disabled lady who Shouldn't be put through so much stress The next point of call is trust mark and the British assessment bureau i hope this may be enough to get the outstanding complete

Excellent job installing the heating and solar powers on our house, particularly Matt, he was very polite and did a fantastic job he made sure everything was done properly and went above and beyond and took time to explain everything to my elderly mum, we are really happy☺️

High standard of workmanship in all areas. They added to my insulation internally, installed and connected solar panels and installed new radiators. Then redecorated where needed. Great service from the workmen on site Thank you!

Excellent experience this morning with having my survey done for a more cost effective heating solution, fantastic feedback and positive outcome. Would highly recommend energysmart when it comes to professionals in this field.

Our serveyor Ansar was the comsumate professional. Efficient, informative, he kept us informed at every stage and is a fine repreprentative of EnergySmart. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Work started in March 22 still not finished .Radiator hanging off wall .Doors taken off and not refitted one room in dust and rubble unfinished.loft insulation left in garden not fitted.Phone calls ignored text messages ignored always in a meeting no call backs always an excuse .Time for us to get intouch with authoritys and take legal advice. Winters almost here bit pointless that the job ain't finished. Mental health at the peak my partner has a disability she is embarrassed to have friends around .Now we have to fix there mess with her own money .Get in touch with Miss Bowman before this escalates

The standard of the work carried out was brilliant, all staff were pleasant and easy to deal with. The work took a little longer than expected but it was worth it for the good result. Would highly recommend.

This company is very poor with there customer service . They are supposed to be replacing my electric storage heaters. They started the work in February and the work is still not complete. The work men have all been fine the problem is the office staff . They constantly promise to ring you back and they don't. Really fed up of constantly chasing them to get the job finished .

Energysmart installed night storage heaters in my house, we had a few teething problems to start with, mainly due to staffing problems, but in the end the job was completed to a very high standard. Special thanks to Harvey for resolving a couple of outstanding problems, 👏

I had loft installation followed by interior external walls installation then the decorating and install of storage and wall heaters, all went very well and i am pleased at what has been done.

Recently had insulation done, full front of 3story house Karl and John done an amazing job which I'm am extremely pleased with they left the house as tidy as they found it making sure all carpets and furniture were fully protected really approachable people who took pride in there work really efficient as the hardly stopped for a break would recommend as the job they have done has definitely made an impact with the warmth of my home they deserve a bonus.

Had my house surveyed and insulation was booked in for the week after and finished within the timescale estimated, very good overall process from start to finish very friendly staff 👍
