I thought the service your team provided was excellent. The panels are working great. Folks we dealt with were great and very helpful. Your BER team were great too I do have some feedback from before install and it was to do with the cost adder to add more panels due to not being able to put on south facing house. I had to ad 4 or 5 more panels when put on garage to get same amount of Kw. Never got a clear picture on why it cost nearly 4k more. That is something you should consider when dealing with other folk. If the price changes give a breakdown on why. I had paid my deposit so was a little annoyed about that Feedback I got was in the line of that is the price so tough

Every aspect of the use of solar panels, the installation process and after care was explained in full, from the initial sales enquiry to the site inspection to the installers.We were very pleased with everything and now how the panels are performing and saving us money.

Excellent product and excellent service

We had NRG install 13 panels. There were issues with our house, all sorted on the day by NRG people. They came when they said they would (a miracle!) . Efficient and thorough, the job was completed quickly , with no fuss, and everything tidied afterwards. Really impressed!!

I have had NRG Panel install panels for me twice. I did all my homework before the first installation, I met with so many installers and got so many quotes before settling on NRG Panel. I was very happy with the first experience. A few years later, our little house no longer had the space we needed and so we had to move, I knew I would be getting panels again on our new house and after hearing some horror stories, from family and friends in the meantime, about other solar installations from other companies, I decided that I wouldn't go though the homework stage again and because I was so happy the first time I went straight back to NRG Panel. On our new house we got a larger system, larger battery, water heater, heat pump, car charger and smart thermostats. Again, we couldn't have been happier with how NRG Panel managed the install, arrived on time, completed the full job in just over a day and they were just brilliant again with advice and always on hand to help when I needed it. Our new system is performing brilliantly and I believe it will have paid for itself within the next 3-4 years.

Super sales team, really informative and helpful. Installation a quick, clean and efficient. The system works great a we saw big savings all summer, even with the rainy weather. Excellent product and excellent service. Highly recommended.

The new app from you is almost impossible to navigate and as a result I have no idea as to what is being generated by the 12 panels I had installed by NRG. It is a disaster and all I got from NRG was directions to a poor video to set up the 'new' app

NRG, professional, courteous and informative throughout the installation and made it a pleasant experience overall, I have highly recommended them to friends and work colleagues.

The system had early teething problems...the sensors were not in the correct positions but the excellent Steve sorted out these problems and now it's working perfectly.

It was easy to contact and all appointments was to the the right time. The worker did the work competent and quick.

Generally very happy with the installation and the help with the grant funding. Very proactive service. Only disappointment was that nobody informed me that i would require a smart meter in order to receive credits from electric ireland....
