Following a recommendation from a friend who had employed NRG to install Solar Panels,I followed suit!! I was not disappointed and our installation is now complete and working perfectly. My comments are straight forward and simple. The product-Solar Panels-are perfect for our needs. The company NRG are superb and match the product in all aspects. I was impressed by all members of the staff in all areas of contact. A Zoom meeting, a home visit by Francis their Engineer, the Installation Team of five, Kevin and staff at Customer service at Head Office were marvellous with a number of calls I made. I have no hesitation in recommending NRG to all and sundry.

They were very helpful throughout the journey from when I first contacted them to addressing the queries raised after installation. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a very positive experience with NRG panels. Everything was explained thoroughly and the grant application was completely taken care of. We had an issue with some of the individuals doing the install leaving a mess and our complaint was dealt with expediently and professionally. We are very impressed and would definitely engage NRG for future projects.

Very good experience from initial survey to the installation. While there was an initial concern as to whether the scaffold could be erected, this was resolved on site. System working really well.

We called NRG a week ago to inform them that we have a leak in a velux roof light following our installation of solar panels in July We have not heard anything back and have had to ring a second time to complain. This is very poor follow up customer service
