NRG came recommended by my architect- I did a lot of research and spoke with many companies- but was happy to go with NRG in the end. They were extremely professional in all their dealings with me. In particular Donna was excellent- I had a difficult with the BER very but she sorted it immediately. Overall a seamless service, I really didn’t have to go much. I would highly recommend Thank you. The install staff and sale staff are brillant

Excellent company to deal with. From the first phone call all the way to installation there was never any issues. All the staff were so friendly and professional, dealing with all the paperwork and organising the BER. If you are looking to install solar pv panels I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NRG.

The inverter on my installation was faulty. I reported it to NRG and, after remote diagnostics, a replacement part was ordered from Sonnen. NRG warned that it could be 2-3 weeks because of customs delays. The parts were indeed delayed in customs - which is beyond the control of NRG - but at least my expectations were set and so I was not surprised by the delay. When the parts arrived in NRG, a service engineer from NRG fitted the replacement part and everything was back and running again within an hour or so. Full marks to NRG for completing their part of the repair professionally and efficiently - and for correctly setting my expectations about the timeline.

Good experience over all

I got this solor panel since in March. Until now I don't need to pay any electric bills for 4 month. Very good to save my money. Very Satisfied with NRG Panel company.

Very nice and mannerly staff

My experience was smooth from beginning to end. All deadlines were met on time. Staff were very courteous, helpful and responsive to queries and requests at all times.

Excellent company to deal with from administration staff to Sean the Salesman and very knowledgeable on the subject. He explained all to us in layman terms which was very helpful. The guys who installed the system were brilliant from start to finish. A very professional, efficient, and competent company. If you’re thinking of installing PV Panels this is the company for you.

Good service, some minor issues at first, the switch at the immersion area became semi dislodged. Besides that the panels are up and working.

I’m delighted with the panels. Dealing with NRG was so easy. An honest assessment of my needs. NRG dealt with everything grant application, installation and Ber certification. Their after sales is only a phone call away and there is always a competent person you can discuss any issues with. Included is cheap electricity and constant hot water.
