Great installation, thank you. I have a 14 panel ground installation - very easy and practical people to work with. Never complained even when they hit spoil in the ground, on the hottest day of the year! (It was in July 2022 but this review must be within 1 year!)

They are a very efficient company. Work was done cleanly and promptly. The staff are courteous , friendly and informative. Would recommend.

Very happy with our experience with NRG. They explained everything very clearly to us, gave us a date for solar panel installation and arrived on time for installation. We were advised to get 8 panels which is sufficient for our needs. We are delighted with them and love the hot water we have most of the year. NRG were always available if we needed advice. I am more than happy to recommend NRG. The company also processed the SEAI grant for us as part of the process. This made things much easier and more cost effective.

Very efficient from start to finish. When they came to install panels they were very clean workers and very helpful explaining everything.

So impressed with the lads that installed the system I come from an electrical background so I could see the standard of work being done and done well and safety was a priority too, I was watching a cork contractor doing the same type of work no harnesses unlike NRG workforce plus they were easy to quiz on the workings of the system,and I won't forget the wonderful staff in the office very helpful and friendly, a wonderful experience. Thanks.

We were very happy in our dealings with NRG. They were professional in their approach and met all their deadlines. Their staff knew exactly what they were doing and the project was delivered with minimum fuss. They had been recommended to us by another 2 satisfied customers. Installation team turned up on time and were super efficient.

Job done on time, exactly on scheduled day. One day for solar insulation. Had an issue with location of Eddi diverter, but resolved efficiently by a call back. Very good customer service overall. Would recommend.

Work men did good job roofers forgot shade we’re willing to go up and fis I let go inside crew were top class I should have learned more on how all works as I could have asked the right questions they all were very efficient and skilled at there work happy. Harry😀

Representative very informative about pannels and process. NRG took care of all the paperwork for the grant. There was some delay in the installation due to so many orders at that time. Installers were efficient and tidy. I would possibly have arranged the panels differently at front of the house if I had thought of doing so. I'm very happy with the product

Same here : it is too early ! Your guys left a bit of a mess on the roof, that is now coming down in pieces ! Other than that, it seems o.k. !

My experience with this Company so far has been excellent. What I was told to expect in the sales planning meeting, in terms of schedule and performance were all realized. Furthermore any subsequent queries I have had in regard to operating the system were addressed.

Queries dealt with prromptly and comprehensively.

Would unreservedly recommend for heat pump & Solar They were great from the first sales interaction through the installation of both a Heat Pump and Solar panels and the quality checks and follow-ups afterwards. They guided me through the complex process for the heat pump grant approval and were very flexible in making the installation work for my home.

Efficient and tidy installation

NRG Panel did an absolutely fantastic work installing our new PV array. The admin was handled extremely smoothly, couldn’t have been better in my experience and the work crew were friendly and efficient. Great job, we’re really pleased with our recent installation.
