I would definitely recommend East Coast Energy to anyone getting a PV Solar system based on the excellent service we received from Simon, William and Carol. The team are quick to respond to questions and are competitive in terms of pricing versus other suppliers. From initial enquiry to final install and also grant support, the service was very professional and top quality. William and the install team were efficient in installing the system and afterwards he explained exactly how it all works and set up on the myenergi app. The PV panels and eddi converter has been installed for two months now and have been working as designed and saving us energy and money.

East Coast Energy delivered an outstanding experience with the installation of our solar panels. Their team exhibited the highest level of professionalism, arriving promptly and completing the installation within an impressive six-hour timeframe. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the installation and the excellent service provided by the operatives. We had a great experience. The team were extremely professional. They installed the solar panels in one day and installed all of the components necessary to complete the process. East Coast Energy Fireplace installed my unit a few years ago. They have serviced the unit in prior year. So now they say I live too far for for service. RIDICULOUS to treat an existing customer that paid $000's for a fireplace/installation that THEY installed. If you can't run your business, ... Could never recommend.

We had pv solar panels and EDDi installed. The lads were great. They took off their boots and cleaned up afterwards. The aftercare service was great. The EDDI wasnt working and William came out 24 hours after i contacted Simon. The element was gone in the immersion and once replaced Dylan was out within 48 hours to reconnect. Great service and really great to deal with.

What an appalling service, or lack thereof! Booked east cost energy in December to install a charger in my house and my mother in laws house. Booked for a Monday so I booked an AL day off work, week before they ring and change to the Saturday for us both. Due to be there at 9.30am, contacted them at 10am no sign was told on the way no apologies given. Arrived at 11am. I had phoned just before and was told it is a Saturday that he'll be there soon (baring in mind I never asked for a Saturday and had changed plans to wait around). He arrived and I asked him to wait until I phoned my MIL to see if we were going ahead with the installation and within 11 minutes he had drove off without an answer. Rude and disgraceful customer service, would not recommend.

I got a heat pump and 10 solar panels installed last April 2023, since then everything has gone without a hitch, absolutely no issue except for a possible leak (which wasn't there fault) but they sent out a plumber and the lads who installed the solar panels to investigate today (nearly a year after the installation) - delighted with the customer service. Leaving a review now as I wanted to see how the heatpump and solar panels performed and if there was any issues - Highly recommended

I was in work the day Chris Installed my charger but what a professional job he did,it wasnt straight forward but done to perfection. Great company to deal with and wouldn't hesitate recommending them,happy customer

This should be a 4 or 5 star review. Can't give a half star but it is a 2 and a half star review. However! The guys let themselves down. In military parlance the term is shooting yourself in the foot. The initial install was prompt and well done. The electrician explained everything and demonstrated the workings of the charger. The process for the grant was explained. I was very happy. I paid the invoice in full the next day. I had been informed that any delay in getting the grant would be the fault of the SEAI. My install was beginning of OCT 23. I submitted all my paperwork 4th Oct 23. I checked by bank on mid December 23. No Payment of grant. I contacted SEAI. They got back to me after a couple of days informing me that the paperwork from the installing electricians had not been submitted. I contacted East Coast Energy and had the following contact "Hi Stephen, Got your message via Carol about your grant form Would you still have a copy of the 2 tests certs from the installation by any chance please ? Regards, Also could you please forward me the email from SEAI with the link to the electricians form in the body please ?" I complied with the request. That is all I got. no explanation, no apology. Basically I take it as a we got the money, & don't care from the company. Is a sorry to much to ask for? They have had weeks to rectify the matter. But no! Hence the 2 and a half star review. It is now February 2024. I still have not had my grant paid to me. Like everyone I have had plenty of bills to pay. I would advise anyone using East Coast to chase them up after and ask for confirmation that they have complied with what is needed because their administration is very poor.
