Horrible communications, it's been 3 weeks and still have not received a single response from their office. Numerous voice mails and emails have been sent with no acknowledgement. They have delayed our project extensively by the lack of communication. Contacted Toronto hydro regarding our service connection and they do not have any records of email correspondence from dpm energy neither. Unbelievable.
