Great after sales from save me money. Very prompt response to any phone calls or emails which was very reassuring. Zoltan and his team were very pleasant to deal with and very helpful when solving any issue that arose.

I got my Zappi charger today a little bit of a wait time of 7 days but got it in the end, and Zoltan even rang me up to tell me its on the way to me so great service again and thanks.

I am so happy with the service I received from Zoltan and his team. The installation was completed over 2 days due to minor delay on battery. Zoltan gave great advice on the operation of the system which is up and running perfectly. They had been recommended to me by a work colleague, however I did contact 5 other companies for pricing and general information. None of the other companies I approached appeared to have the expertise or willingness to engage in my queries. I have generated 500 kwh since the install on the 24/01/22. I would have no hesitation in recommending VEEP ENERGY to anyone looking for a solar energy installation

I received the item in excellent condition, even though I ordered it from Romania and the package traveled a long way. I also got a great price for the item I bought, so overall I got great service. Thanks!

I am very happy with the work that Zoltan and his crew completed for me. Already I can see energy savings. The work was completed on time and there was absolutely no mess. The crew set up the apps for me and also went through everything in detail at the end of the work.

Solar panels installed. Very responsive company with good communications. Quotation was clear with supporting documentation. Alternatives offered and priced. Some small hiccups with scheduling but very minor. Excellent team of panel installers and electricians. Everything working as expected. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a Myenergi EDDI which are really hard to find and it was sourced and sent to us quickly. Good comms and they are fast & happy to answer direct questions. I would recommend them

I've been avoiding writing this review as I thought I'd give VEEP a chance to redeem the wrongs they have done. I bought a Marlec iBoost unit on the 27th of August. I undertook my due diligence by reading these Trustpilot reviews, and thought they sounded like a decent company. I paid over £400 in total - £335 for the unit, £14 delivery and £77 import tax. The unit arrived a week later. There was no packaging, the smashed box had someone else's name written in pen on it and the unit had been used. It smelled burnt out, there were black marks all over it and the safety clips that should remain in place until used had been snapped. I contacted VEEP instantly and advised them of this via telephone, and followed it up with an email including photos. They advised on the phone that they would be in contact in 24 hours, but we heard NOTHING from them for 5 days, so we called and emailed them again. Zoltan responded 2 days later, claiming that they do not sell used items (they obviously do!), but agreed to offering either a refund including fees or a new unit. We opted for a new unit as we still needed one, but a week or so later, I received a cryptic email which literally stated: "Customer refunded. or process is started now via the payment provider" I emailed back, asking if this meant he's refunding me as opposed to sending a new unit, and surprise surprise, NO RESPONSE AGAIN! A week later, I received a notification that the cost of the unit had been refunded. I called to enquire about the delivery and import fees, but the useless woman who's sitting at home with screaming kids in the background just said "I can't help" and hung up. So, I'm about £100 down with no iBoost and a sour taste from the poorest experience of customer service I have ever received. I can't stress this enough - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. All aspects have been awful. The products are faulty, the customer service is non existant and needless to say, I'll avoid them like the plague. The amount of time and energy this has wasted is immense. It has caused me so much stress, and I'm still without a working product. I think 1 star is generous, I'd leave zero if possible. What an utter farce.

I would highly recommend Zoltan and his team for domestic solar PV systems. Having previously commissioned a 13 panel/10kW battery system for me they recently temporarily decommissioned it whilst I was having building work done and recommissioned the same system in a reconfigured format to suit the roof changes. As always, they will problem solve the challenges my requirements set whilst bringing great attention to detail to their work and delivering an excellent customer service.

Transaction worked very well. Although I haven't yet used what I purchased, I can't fault the business so far. Thanks
