Great experience with PVgen and the sales guy Tony D, they are great communicators and dont try and needlessly upsell you. My bills have gone from 450 every 2 months to 50!

PV Gen were very Easy to deal with and very efficient. Their after sales service was very good also.

Decided to install PV panels , contacted various companies ,but chose PV generation.From the get go everyone I dealt with were professional, and attentive. All queries we replied to promptly and I never felt pressurised for decisions or payments. Installation team were excellent, again professional and explained all work that they were going to do, in advance.To date system working as expected, and any follow up queries dealt with promptly, happy I chose PV Generation as my solution provider fir PV and highly recommend them.

They were fast, easy to contact, and they have really nice and great salespeople, very knowledgeable and were able to explain things about what they are offering. The whole team is great.

I must compliment PV Generation on their exceptional after sales service. Having hit a few glitches with my broadband and the invertor app, Michelle came to the rescue with very good guidance and assistance in getting it up and running again. Highly recommended. From I decided to install the solar panels right up until the installation, Our experience was excellent. This relates to the complete team. The level of service and commu cations was excellent. This relates to the initial survey , layout of the panels ( Noel) management Mark and overalm management ( Joe Garvin). Excellent experience from start to finish. The installation teams worked very well together and took great care both inside and outside my home. On the day of installation the weather was not very pleasant nevertheless the team arrived precisely on time and when they were finished left no evidence that they had been there in the first place except for my new solar panels. Installation was very fast and efficient despite the inclement weather . More than adequate amount of time was taken to explain the operational aspects of the system and answer any other questions that I had. Since installation the panels have worked very well and I have had absolutely no issues with them. Follow-up calls were made to ensure I was happy with the service and we're greatly appreciated.

Very uncomplicated process from beginning to end, every step explained in detail, all PV gen staff were excellent and I'm saving over 80% off my electric bills so will be paid of in quick time

Had ten solar panels installed in May of this year. The whole experience was professional, quick, clean and efficient from start to finish. My electricity bills are practically eliminated as a result.

We had our panels up for 2 years only to find out that The ESB and our Supplier were not paying us for the power from our panels .After getting the runaround from the both of them we got in contact with Michelle and Lynn today to get the ball rolling on back payments. Thanks very much

I had a solar PV system installed by PV Gen almost a year ago now, and the whole experience was positive. From the initial sales discussion to the pre install survey, and the two crews (roofers and electricians) turning up for the install, all were as scheduled, professional and thorough as could be asked. Turnaround time was prompt from initial inquiry to install, work was neat, and they look after the grant (meaning a BER is included), so no concerns of being left on the hook if SEAI inspect and find an issue, which I've heard of for those claiming as reimbursement.

The communication is great, they let you track the process on their website and their job was also well done. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to do solar

Very happy with panel installation, a few minor problems in first week which were resolved quickly, very happy over all.

The installation was really efficient and well planned - minimum disruption to to house, which was good as I was working form home that day. They explained the installation well.

Excellent service all around. Really efficient installation using two crews, one to install the panels and also a crew of electricians. 12 panels installed in half a day.

Salesperson was very straightforward and honest..detailed the job quote well. The guys who did the work on the day were very efficient and very neat work. Very pleased with my install.
