We were delighted with how efficient everything was done , from the sales man Ronan to the end product , 6 professionals came to the house and had the panels and Eddie installed in 4 hours . No mess and our bill was halved . I have recommended them to all our friends

The sales guy was so helpful in making sure I understood the product and making sure I got the correct panels for my property. The installation was quick and took less than a day, nice polite men and clean and efficient. My app was great for a while with information but it’s stopped working now.

I have my solar panels since February and while there were a few communication glitches at the beginning, the overall experience was excellent. I was surprised that installation took a mere 3.5 hours and all the guys that showed up were extremely pleasant and informative at all times and were very tidy. I am extremely happy with how my panels are working and the app helps me see daily how much I am saving while helping the environment too. It is a win win for me and I think everyone should get solar panels.

From the time of my first contact about solar panels they were top quality. The reception staff were always courteous and friendly. The initial sales person was someone who knew what they were talking about. The quotation and timescale were exactly what he quoted. There were no hidden extras. When the crew of 6 persons arrived on site they set up very quickly and with little amount of disturbance to our household. Every one of the team were obliging, courteous and very knowledgeable of their work. They tidied up after their work and were off the site after installing 16 panels early afternoon.

The service was completely professional from the first visit to installation. They kept in touch with me and arrived on time. Good follow up when I had some questions to clarify afterwards and the app is very easy to use and gives clear information about amount of electricity generated.

From the initial enquiry to final sign off post installation, my expericence with PV Generation has been top class. I had received 3 seperate quotations and eventhought PV Generation were not the cheapest, I proceeded with them due to a review on the equipment used and also due to professional service provided by the inital sales personal. Thankly this held up all way throught from site surveyor to the crews that landed onsite this week. They were all very pleasant, worked hard all day and handover that evening was seemless with all waste and debrie cleared from my house on completion. So very happy with product and service provided.

Excellent product and experience. From the initial consultation through to the installation and beyond, PV Generation were communicative, professional and prompt. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. The install was quick and clean. The app is great and we can see how much we're generating and saving each day. Highly recommended.

I was looking for information on PVsolar panels and supporting equipment and I looked no further than this Company. It was an excellent experience from start to the job done completed in Cork. The main thing for me was the excellent information I received from the technical team, the fact there was always someone at the other end of a phone line and the efficient way in which the panels were installed in One day. I was kept informed every step of the installation. I am really happy with the PV system, which are working very well and saving me nearly 75% on house electricity bills.👍

Thank you to PV Generation for the design and implementation of our solar panel system. There was an initial delay but communication resolved the delay and work was completed only last week and so far we are very happy with the work and the choice we made.

Excellent service from the sales team to the installation team. Very professional and customer friendly. Work was completed while I had visitors staying and the disruption was minimal. So clean . I would totally recommend this company. The after sales team also were very accommodating.

Had problems with WiFi connection and PV were very patient and determined to help us sort it.

Very good all the way through. Answered all my questions. Installation was efficient UPDATE.---- I signed up to YUNO based on a linked offer from PV Gen, to pay 29 cents for microgeneration. YUNO are now disputing that situation. I will wait to see what they do pay when the 6 months come round. PV Gen assure me it will be all right. I will report back when the time comes. Otherwise very happy with PV GEN.

PV Generation Ltd installed Solar Panels for us in March 2024. The crew of 6 arrived on the appointed day 3 installers and 3 electricians, they were very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this company as they are easy to deal with as regards before and after sales service.
