Online call out request sent be a very nice man to describe ptos and cons. What shocked was a quote, which was quite sound! Made decission almost on the spot, all went through emails and all complicated stuff was looked after by all separate teams, so worry free, all works as design. Truly recomend to anyone, even without tech knowledge.

Very efficient process from start to finish. All staff extremely helpful and respond to any questions in a timely and detailed manner. Follow up check ins to ensure everything is working OK was unexpected but very welcome as well. Would highly recommend PV Generation to anyone considering getting solar panels.

Great price, hardware and software. I am deducting a star due to the response from support can be slow.

pvgeneration installed solar panels on my house last week. wouldn’t even know they were here by the way they left everything spotless. extremely nice and knowledgeable lads. helped me understand the app and everything else. the girls in the office were so helpful whenever i called. would definitely recommend pvgeneration

I am writing this review as I have had issues with my PVGen solar app not responding I contacted Michelle Sherry in technical support team who was so helpful and knowledgeable about there product she went above and beyond to help me. Went through step by step procedures with me and stayed with me until my issues were resolved which were internet frequency issues and not pv solar issues Fantastic service very good tech support

From my first meeting with Darragh Walsh the whole process ran smoothly. PV Generation fitted solar panels to my garage roof. Two crews arrived on time on the day of the installation, they were very professional and done a very neat job, everything was explained from start to finish by Gearoid the electrician. The office staff were very help full and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend PV Generation.

Great one day install service, turned up when scheduled. The crews were extremely efficient and tidy.

From start to installation the whole process was made easy by everyone we dealt with. On the day of installation 2 crews arrived, got on with the work required were very willing with questions asked of them. When panels were fitted one crew left leaving very evidence they were even there. Installation was completed by second crew and when finished you would hardly know they were there they tidied up so well. Would have no problem recommending them

Our installation was complicated because our house has an unusual 3 phase electricity supply, which was new to the installing technicians & took a few visits to get sorted. All of the people I dealt with were prompt interested, patient & courteous. Without exception each step of the way was explained & demonstrated including the app & Eddy set up. If I were to offer any advice to a prospective customer it would be to have a print out of at least two electricity bills (one winter & one summer ideally) to look at for the initial visit.

Apart from some communications delays, from office etc everything was very good, clean instalation, still waiting for them to call back due to part not in, but I'm sure all will be sorted. Overall excellent service.

PV Gen installed solar panels in our house in 2023. Since then the panels gave worked fantastically. When we have had any issues PV Gen have been very responsive to provide support and assistance in resolving them.

Many thanks to the PV team for the installation of my Solar panels. Have to give credit to all departments in the process as everybody was great to deal with from the Sales team, Technical team, site survey and the install team. Keep up the good work guys, would highly recommand you to my friends.

Saved €940 in the first year on an 8 panel 3.3kwh system facing south /south east. Rate of unit of power was 44c at the time to buy and 24c at night. I run air to water heating so it has really added to energy efficiency of my home. Absolute no brainer…if you have the savings to install do it as no interest being paid on bank accounts but you will see a return every month on your electricity bill

Our sales contact was great, kept us informed all the way up to our install date. Day of install was brilliant or should I say half day. Roofing crew & electrician crew worked together brilliantly! They were also so friendly, flew through the work & had it up & running in no time.

Great service from start to finish of panel installation. What impressed me most about the company is their customer care after project completion. I recently changed roof tiles and service engineers teamed up with roofers to remove and replace panels after job without any issues or delays. They are always available for any queries.

My system is working well, never have to go near it. I just monitor my usage and adjust my usage to the most appropriate times of the day

PV generation Ltd are great company to go with .Extremely efficient service from speaking with office staff to all the guys who fitted panels the electricians on the day were fast and friendly and really helpful in explaining how the app work and left the house clean and were done with 8 hours.I would highly recommend this company and solar panels to anyone we are seeing great rewards already.

Pv Gen was the 2nd company I contacted looking for information on pv solar panels and I looked no further. It was a very good experience from start to finish. The main thing for me was the excellent information I received, the fact there was always someone at the other end of a phone line and the efficient way in which the panels were installed. I was kept informed every step of the way and there was great after sales service. I am really happy with the panels, which are working very well and saving me lots of money on electricity.
