From the initial consultation to completion of the works the staff were excellent and professional . The installation was very efficient and was up and running very fast . All the necessary paperwork from the ESB networks to the grant application was handled without any issues. Any queries I had the technical help was very helpful and were able to address them . I am extremely happy with my PV system and it is performing extremely well.

It has been over a year since we got our solar panels installed at our home by PV Generation. They made the entire process very easy. We have been so happy every since with very little problems with PV Generation customer support assisting me as soon as they can. Would highly recommend!

They organised all the official documentation for me. I had very little to do. They also kept me informed at every stage of the process. On the installation the arrived when they said they would and the work proceeded like clockwork. To paraphrase an ad. "They did what they said on the brochure".

We just got 10 solar panels installed on our garage roof. I must say that the end to end experience of PV gen was fantastic. From the initial call we knew we were in safe hands. Everything was professionally done from initial site inspection, design and final installation. On the day of installation the team were extremely nice and explained everything to us after installation. You wouldn’t even know they had been here as everything was tidied up nicely. A great experience and would highly recommend PV gen.

Got our system installed in April and even though the Irish summer hasn't been the best the system has still been excellent. Electric bills are halfed and that's not including the export that will be credited in November. Planning was done with care and answering all my questions, and there were quite a few detailed ones. Installation was completed within a morning - those guys were working like a well oiled machine.

Customer service has been quite good although I'm still waiting after over 1 week for a technician to call me to arrange a call out.

A most professional company. Excellent experience from first contact through to installation. All work carried out most efficiently and very friendly crews on site. Highly recommend PV Generation.

It's now 7 months since the installation of our Solar panels. And I must congratulate PV GEN for the backup service they provide. I had no access to the app on two occasions and within minutes of my phone call to tech support, my app was up and running again, They walked me through the process and now I watch the performance of the Panels which helps us to cut my electricity use, I look forward to getting a Cheque shortly from all we saved since Feb. With so many solar companies out there, I really took a chance and I feel I hit very lucky with Pv Gen, from day 1 Paudie was very helpful explained everything very clearly, the guys showed up early on a Friday am, Alan was brilliant talked me through what was going to happen, they were done and literally DUSTED by 1pm....they left my house spotless... He explained the App and talked me through it all...I'm obsessed looking up how muchy panels are generating and saving me money ...thanks Pv Gen...❤️

A very smooth process from start to finish with our installation. Everything happened to schedule, the installation team were a pleasure to deal with and back up from the office was excellent. Solar panels in about 2 months now and all working very well. Would highly recommend PV Gen for solar installation

Very informative salesman, good communication on start date and excellent work on installation and how to use the app. Great aftercare service and follow up to see how we were getting on. The whole process was very smooth.

Recommended to me and did not disappoint. Superb service all the way through the process. PV Generation will be one of the suppliers left whilst many of the others will not last.

This company and all their staff was very helpful throughout the process from the start through to the end. We hit a few bumps on the road but each problem was resolved with the support of PV Gen staff. I would and have recommended this company to others.

Efficient installation. Good all round information about the working of the Solar system. Was happy to get a good run through the app. Great to see the whole operation on the phone. Sorry I couldn't find anything to complain about but if I do you you'll be the first know.

My 4.8kWh system was installed last November without any issues. From the initial meeting with the rep to the final commissioning I have only the highest praise for all involved. PV Generation staff go the extra mile. Haven’t had an ESB bill since last February. Peter

Had a great experience. Salesman explained everything clearly. Installers arrived promptly and carried out the work, leaving no mess behind. Electrician explained everything to me and the grant application process was sorted for me. Very happy with everything.

I recently had PV Generation install in my petrol station the solar panel system. All i can say is they were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the lads installing to the girls on the office, every detail was gone through in full . They were very efficient and had the job completed three days
